I still think that Man City have a lot of evidence that wasn’t considered by the panel. We’ll see and I hope they don’t get any punishment when they’re proven right.

Why wouldn't it have been considered?

They will get away lightly I can see it now they deserve more than an 80pt deduction where we got 6 points for a minuscule of what Oil City have been charged with the should be given at least a 6 point deduction for every charge banned from every competition foreign & Domestic for 5 years at least, transfer ban for 5 years and more they have lied and cheated for years and they will not be charged as they should be as the EPL & FA haven’t got the bottle to do the right thing !

That's one long sentence  pal😁👍🏾

Bearing in mind some of it is based around non cooperation, surely all Man City needed to do was provide that evidence?

They are not allowed to introduce any new evidence unless they can show solid proof that this evidence wasn't avaible in the first hearing

All it will be is fake bank receipts anyway

Don't talk wet a new panel changes nothing .. do you really think after all this time pursuing them and using the word sham .. that they will get away with it

Fans really make me question football .. got a huge problem with arsenal scoring from a corner or getting a var decision ..get called cheats

But man city blatantly cheat and some want them just to walk away

BBC didn’t go beyond 2018

I’ve seen a table that said we’d lost 18m on prem league places over the 4 seasons but that sounds a bit high to me for four seasons

I would think some of that is games lost to them so lower placing.

You seem to have a mental age of a 12 year old.

Wait until Etihad takes the PL to high court.

This could mean billions being paid out in damages and the PL put out of business.

We’ll see.

That would make their attempts to get away with it pointless.

Afaik, the PL has to fund itself from its members

if Man City show that they are taking this as far as they can for as long as they can to the highest courts that they can then the clubs have to decide if they are prepared to finance that.

if there is a wedge of money sitting on the other side of the equation for them on an agreed settlement that doesn’t mean Man City accept guilt on all charges then perhaps that a likely way out of this

fans will be annoyed but if the story is that this could drag on for years and cost them tens of millions with no guarantee of a guilty verdict whereas a settlement could net them tens of millions then you can begin to see a fairly quick way out of this.

The 14 +  will probably vote for a lump sum payment and then agree to give the 6 more autonomy to do what's best for them.

Agreed.

Surely they can't just bring in new evidence. It's accounting not a murder.

Not enough points deduction I knew the Premier league would bottle the points deductions if this is true we have a really good chance of suing Man City & possibly the premier league for missing out on Champions League appearances and we’d get another few trophies accredited to us !

Its a joke, many of us knew it would be.

0.6 points deduction per charge, all imposed in a single season only, no forced sale of club, no ban from the EPL.

Wouldnt surprise me if the UEFA ban ends up being longer when its an EPL charge.

Man City should also not be treated lightly after failing to move themselves into a Super League in 2021.

Why do you have so much defence over the cheats? Very strange. Theyve been found guilty of 114 out of 115 charges. They are guilty as hell.
