Thracian Posted 1 December 2006 Posted 1 December 2006 There is a lot of scaremongering at present but what is true that Mandaric is a little suprised at the Clubs books, they are not pretty reading. There are some fairly greedy people involved on the LCFC side <_< Just like politicians I suppose - both wound bleed a wounded beast dry while pretending they're trying to help.
lookwhaticando Posted 1 December 2006 Posted 1 December 2006 Just like politicians I suppose - both wound bleed a wounded beast dry while pretending they're trying to help. Of course, they'd kiss the beast for a publicity shot while they're at it, too.
Babylon Posted 1 December 2006 Posted 1 December 2006 A quote from foxfanzine "According to Radio Leics. MM will be at the game tomorrow, at the invitation of the board. Things are going well and hopefully it will be sorted by Christmas."
lookwhaticando Posted 1 December 2006 Posted 1 December 2006 So we have people who think the deal is on the brink of collapse, and others who think things are going swimmingly and we'll be rolling in money come January. Love it.
Babylon Posted 1 December 2006 Posted 1 December 2006 So we have people who think the deal is on the brink of collapse, and others who think things are going swimmingly and we'll be rolling in money come January. Not much has changed then!!!
lookwhaticando Posted 1 December 2006 Posted 1 December 2006 Not much has changed then!!! Fair point. :P
Thracian Posted 1 December 2006 Posted 1 December 2006 Not much has changed then!!! Just purely from a dealing point of view, what Barton's said about the books and what's clearly happened on the field means MM's firmed himself up in the driving seat, especially with other potential suitors out there saying "look what we've got".
SilverFox Posted 1 December 2006 Posted 1 December 2006 I don't really have a finger on the pulse, just relaying what I heard from a very reliable source. I haven't heard anything since so I still can't comment as to whether anything has happened. It could all be peachy again by now but I do know that there were some obstacles at the start of the day. As for right now this moment in time, I have no idea. I guess you could say we are all 'in it together'
Webbo Posted 1 December 2006 Posted 1 December 2006 it was announced on e.midlands today that MM will be at the ground tomorrow.Any one getting excited.
Chrysalis Posted 1 December 2006 Posted 1 December 2006 am I the only one not surprised that the club has been bled dry hence the word greed been mentioned.

lookwhaticando Posted 1 December 2006 Posted 1 December 2006 How many more times does this need to be said? I know you're all excited, but seriously, there's been tens of topics about it already.
Chandler Posted 1 December 2006 Posted 1 December 2006 There is a lot of scaremongering at present but what is true that Mandaric is a little suprised at the Clubs books, they are not pretty reading. There are some fairly greedy people involved on the LCFC side <_< Run that Jackanory quip by me again Barton...
Kilworthfox Posted 1 December 2006 Posted 1 December 2006 How many more times does this need to be said? I know you're all excited, but seriously, there's been tens of topics about it already. Terribly sorry but seen it on the news and could not see if anyone had posted it a thousand appologies
Milky Posted 1 December 2006 Posted 1 December 2006 for once i might actually want the free tickets in with the prawn sandwich brigade. Could be a bit more interesting.
leeleic Posted 1 December 2006 Posted 1 December 2006 I hate this, i hate this, i hate this!! I'm trying so hard to stay positive but i got this nasty feeling inside of me!
Mort Posted 1 December 2006 Posted 1 December 2006 Is it at all possible that there might be an anouncment of some kinds with MM there? Perhaps somthing more substantive that we've been lead to expect... MM actually being at the game suggests things are comming to a positive conclusion if anything. [touches wood].
