WTF is up with the FT, do they want this club to do well?? do they us to go up the league, i have no understanding why the heck they always gotta stick they s**t in it...i'm a leicester fan and i have always been, ok maybe MM might not be a die hard leicester fan but you know he will do everything he can to bring success to the club so he can make his money its his business if he takes over, and if he wants to earn his trade he will do what ever is nessary, success, thats what we all want we dont want w**kers chatting about crap, we want the deal complete so we can expand on the club with players and if a new manager if that is what is needed,

sorry but can the FT just please leave the building!!!

It's all very well and good the Foxes Trust questioning Mandaric and some of things he's done in the past. But why the **** didn't they do this with the current board?. And before any says they might have done, I seriously doubt it. They have been up the board's rear end's ever since the trust was set up. Their all in it together, a very apt slogan. Us fans have wanted The Trust to question the board on various occasions and if it meant getting it published in The Mercury then so be it. It would probably cause more of a reaction and show their intentions that they won't be pissed about by the board.

Mandaric has appointed questionable managers? Hahaaaaaa, what about our current board? Our managers under the current board have led us to battle relegation for 4 seasons running! The cheek of it.

They've yet again proved what a bunch of neanderthals they are.

Well said.

The FoxesTrust haven't been on messageboards as they are currently gorging themselves on champagne, canapes and amazing, comfortable views of rubbish football performances while they still have the chance.

I'm bored of this trust bashing... it's getting rather tedious, along with the actual bid.

Usual over the top reactionary crap.

I agree. Although I posted the article my comment above it was only due to the fact they'd said no more comments. I can't see anything wrong with what the FT have said, and through this they've only been trying to do what is best for the club. If an individual poster was making the same comments I think (at least I hope!) people would try and engage with them rationally, they'd probably even agree with most of what has been said, but because it's the Trust who invoke jealousy by actually knowing what is going on in the club, everything they say is wrong.

Get rid of the FT and have a new supporters group representing our club 'Foxes YOU CAN Trust' articles like that are un-wanted keep your mouth shut!

I've not added any of the current newspaper reports because...

Other Mods/Admin may take a different view.

With you 100% Davie.

It's my reasoning that all media now is 100% unsupportable speculation now that their has been a lockdown on announcements. None of it is adding anything to our current body of knowledge.

"selling his bid to fans via the Mercury rather than focusing on shareholders who make the final decision, and added: "This will cost him votes".

If any shareholder doesn't vote for Manadric based on that then they're stupid. Never mind whats best for the club! he talked shit in the mercury no to Mandaric .

This is getting farcical and embarrassing, the FT should have more sense and choose there words very carefully, statements which judge MM at this late stage only shows how vunarable and scared they are of there position!!!

Hard to choose words carefully when your comments are edited by and put into context by a paper that doesn't like you.

That's right

Even if the Mercury took those comments another way they have not chosen words carefully. Making comments about Milan and his integrity is stupid. This is the real world - imagine if we were being taken over by Simon Jordan ... the media frenzy would be different.

The Mercury's enthusiasm for the deal has been irresponsible, but it serves as a counteract to the pessimism and lack of ambition that the current board and FT seem to have...

There only so much you can edit and nit pick, obviously there lies some facts. Even though the papers are known to fabricate, but in this case I think some truths have been told!!!

Well if you will slag a newspaper like the Merc off... :dunno:

Getting what they deserve IMO. If this leads to the FT losing it's shares I might actually buy one copy of the Merc for the first time in about 3 years to say thank you.

If the FT knew what was good for them they'd just shut up till the whole thing is finished, it's looking like they may of relised this.

I think at the moment it's quite clear the Foxes trust no-longer represent the fans in anyway.

I think it's clear that the Foxes Trust are damned if they do and damned if they don't.

In the last few weeks, the criticism has ranged from the FT not letting people know what is going on to being irresponsible for doing so. I was under the impression their approach so far has been, let us see the bid and make our minds up. The bid has only just gone to the shareholders, so now we should find out. The rest is just complete conjecture and rumour.

It seems most of the flak now over the last few pages is down to the fact the FT are not acting as a standard bearer for Milan.

True

The Mockery seem to have just bastardised old trust news

Timed to be part of the Mockerys rubbishing of the FT, selective letters in the merc to follow with the token anti trust one?

The trust may not be 100% to all, but they have a definate vantage point to all others reporting on the club

Bill Blandersons not even allowed to travel on the team bus since MON kicked him off

They talk bollocks though Babylon. Fair enough them questioning Mandaric, but they've not once put up any sort of resistance towards our current board, who have led us to one of the worst periods in our history. They seem happy to cosy up to them every home game in the directors section, Yet, not once have they even seemed slightly complimentary of Milan Mandaric and the prospect of him taking over at this club.

I couldn't stand them before all of this and they've only added fuel to the fire with the way they've acted during this take-over.

They DO NOT represent Leicester City fans, it's as simple as that.

Again - well put.

You don't drop in membership by 3000 (I believe there were 4000 members originally) if you're representing those members genuinely.

Our current board (including the FT) has given us false pictures of our financial state. They (the FT) are clearly only interested in feathering their own nest. One of the things that has been repeatedly said is the fact that they are interested in retaining influence ... WHY???

Posted

Foxes trust dont represent every leicester fan, certainly me...

MERCGATE, TRUSTBASHING...could be brilliant headlines!!

Silence is golden...........Mandy time to reveal your hand. :o

My point of view in a nutshell.

Our current board (including the FT) has given us false pictures of our financial state.

I'd have said that is potentially libellous.

It's not intirely true thats for certain, while they've out and out lied about it I'd say they've kept our true finacial situation hidden from us up until recently.
