Collymore Posted 7 October 2006 Posted 7 October 2006 Someones woke up on't wrong side in't they! Yeah, they're so pessimistic arn't they!
Manwell Pablo Posted 7 October 2006 Posted 7 October 2006 Collymores a legend, I think he should be repsonsible for half time entertainment at least. He could brawl with Vanilla Ice..........well its better than the fox a lot.
Janx Posted 7 October 2006 Posted 7 October 2006 I'm not your M8 mate. and he's not finnish! he's English and finished...
The People's Hero Posted 7 October 2006 Posted 7 October 2006 and he's not finnish! he's English and finished... What? He's not Finnish? FU CK THAT! Definitely not signing him then... he's just a big wannabe Finnish fraudster. Jari Litmanen is the way forwards... Or Rantanen!
SystonFox Posted 7 October 2006 Posted 7 October 2006 i agree with the 1st post, we need milan to stand a chance of getting out of this division within the next 3 seasons or so. he can add a little cash and give this club a selling point as to why decent up and coming (and even some experienced) players should come in and help us out. Collymore may be able to do a job, im by no means against it, so how about a trial period to get him fit and if he impresses (by showing dedication, good behaviour and promise on the training pitch) lets get him in possibly till the end of the season on a pay as you play deal. this also will test him to see how real he is about playing again. i also agree get some banners going calling for Milan and we got a few songs going at Brum last week about milan so lets get more going at home (e.g Milan for leicester! and milan save the club milan milan save the club!)
Trumpet Posted 7 October 2006 Posted 7 October 2006 Mandaric has sense he wont buy a 35 year old i would be shocked if we did but i would not be botherd - if he does a job im up for it Exactly! He didnt get paul merson in at pompey did he..
SystonFox Posted 7 October 2006 Posted 7 October 2006 Exactly! He didnt get paul merson in at pompey did he.. the same paul merson who did a good job for pompey? my boss at work is a bell ringers fan and he'd be pleased if manderic came to leicester, he says it would be good for us in the long run if his hearts in it as much as it was with pompey. your name states you're a fed up fox? fed up with what? the championship? the 0-0 draws at home to Colchester and Brighton? the slim away losses to Sheffield Wednesday and Stoke City? the board not splashing out money to buy quality (with the exception of Hume and Fryatt as that money was raised by the sale of our most valuable player). we shouldnt need to sell a good player to buy 2 more. Manderic is our answer my City friend. we need an investor. he's the only one linked and he's proven elsewhere. WE NEED TO GET HIM
Wils Posted 7 October 2006 Posted 7 October 2006 Collymore could solve all our problems, never mind Milan.
Ian Posted 7 October 2006 Posted 7 October 2006 MILANO OOHAA MILAN OOHAA PLEASE COME AND BUY OUR OUR CLUB WE THINK YOU'LL TAKE US UP MILANO OOHAA MILANO OOHAA
ROSSINDA Posted 7 October 2006 Posted 7 October 2006 I'm not your M8 mate. Rubbish I agree with Collymore, Stan the Man could and will do a job in the Championship, and IMO I would rather have him playing for us than against us - so if MM does come in and we have a few £Â£Ã‚£ to spend, try for him, he would put bums on seats with his name alone, shirt sales with his name etc. all money for the club. No Premership side will come in for him I agree, but if we don't the likes of the Sheep Shaggers . Leeds Cov. will
Ricey Posted 7 October 2006 Posted 7 October 2006 Mandaric will save this club from years of doing nothing: We need to sing his name against Southampton, get the banners out. Start websites whatever but this 1 man is going to change this club. For once we've got somthing to look forward to. Whatever we do we need to get Mandaric in! . Ricey (sorry if i got your name wrong) you need to a t-shirt to fosse designs with Mandaric on - i would be getting one We really need him I've thought about doing a T-Shirt and once I get my new computer (other one broke ) I'm sure I'll design one.
ithuriel Posted 7 October 2006 Posted 7 October 2006 i see the mercury is still plugging the mandaric story and are saying birch and a foxes trust member are all for it oo-er. mandaric will help get us up coor ive been watching too many carry-on films lately
lcfc_jme Posted 7 October 2006 Posted 7 October 2006 i see the mercury is still plugging the mandaric story and are saying birch and a foxes trust member are all for it oo-er. mandaric will help get us up coor ive been watching too many carry-on films lately Saw the story meself when I was in town earlier. I reckon that the Mercury should just drop it until there is official contact/confirmation from either a club spokesman or MM himself. They're just getting everybody talking and hyped up, and it could all lead to major disappointment.
Daggers Posted 7 October 2006 Posted 7 October 2006 I reckon that the Mercury should just drop it until there is official contact/confirmation from either a club spokesman or MM himself. Absolutely. I wish everybody would just drop it until something more substantial comes to light. The level of speculation without foundation has reached a pathetic high. How many more threads and posts do we need on this issue? It's got stoopid.
ithuriel Posted 7 October 2006 Posted 7 October 2006 its because poeple are bored , have nothing better to discuss and it detracts from the crappiness of our present situation.

If stories stop getting printed, then hopefully people will stop talking about it until we hear an official statement from the club or MM's people (I myself am included in those that post on this subject in hope and out of sheer speculation, just before people call me a hypocrite)
davieG Posted 7 October 2006 Author Posted 7 October 2006 Absolutely. I wish everybody would just drop it until something more substantial comes to light. The level of speculation without foundation has reached a pathetic high. How many more threads and posts do we need on this issue? It's got stoopid. It's what football supporters do only it's usually about potential transfers which for us means the likes of Asaba and Farrelly, well who could possibly get excited about those two?
Daggers Posted 7 October 2006 Posted 7 October 2006 It's what football supporters do... I appreciate this Davie, but the amount of threads repeating the same thing, and posters repeating themselves in the threads is getting a bit much now, don't you reckon? Look, even I've done it now by saying this twice today
