City Fan Posted 22 November 2006 Posted 22 November 2006 First season as Leicester - 4th in Championship, won playoffs Second season - Finished 15th in Premiership with 39 points! Just about to start 3rd season....
The People's Hero Posted 22 November 2006 Posted 22 November 2006 Update. Defensive crisis through injuries has seen a blip which sees Braintree placed at just midtable at the midpoint in October. Have progressed through an fa cup qualifying round thankfully. Louis Dodds and Levi Porter are with me on loan. A link with Ipswich Town as parent club has just been established. Kevin Poole and Lee Philpott have both turned down the chance to come in as player coaches. Despite their clubs being happy for them to leave for nothing. Spencer Prior, Gavin Ward, Gary Mills (managing Alfreton) and David Oldfield are future targets.
Daggers Posted 22 November 2006 Posted 22 November 2006 Update. You don't know how much I wish I hadn't posted that disk to you
The People's Hero Posted 23 November 2006 Posted 23 November 2006 I'm addicted now. Addicted but horribly frustrated.

The People's Hero Posted 23 November 2006 Posted 23 November 2006 ...sorry...can't listen now...cricket! England toothless. Aussies dominant. Fair summary of the first day?

The People's Hero Posted 23 November 2006 Posted 23 November 2006 Even Graeme Fenton isn't tempted by £450 a week and a £25 appearance bonus.
The Man Who Would Be King Posted 23 November 2006 Posted 23 November 2006 I have loaned half of Crewe's youth team , they are doing quite well atm. nobody decent will sign for me, i can't get an assistant for love nor money.

Just so you know, David Oldfield, Graham Fenton, Lee Philpott and Gary Mills are all not interested. Guppy is playing hard to get too.
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 23 November 2006 Posted 23 November 2006 As my thread was somewhat frustratingly removed anyone fancy a network game soon on latest version of fm2007????? not now, but later or tomoro????
The Man Who Would Be King Posted 23 November 2006 Posted 23 November 2006 I've decided to give up and just promote the one and only coach I had. I'm just waiting for a work permit on my lastest siging, rivaldo! a 15 year old mozambique kid. Will be the best player I will have. Try Chris Powell from Watford, as a player/coach.

The People's Hero Posted 23 November 2006 Posted 23 November 2006 I want you to do some work. Find me some decent coaches and a centre back who doesn't give away a penalty every other game
