Milky Posted 31 January 2007 Share Posted 31 January 2007 Perhaps someone could go down the training ground and see if williams is with the squad.
Lester LXXIV Posted 31 January 2007 Share Posted 31 January 2007 Maybe the delay in the club confirming this rumour is due to the fact they are waiting to confirm a signing so they can appease the fans slightly?? Who knows huh...

Fecking waste of time that was, only about 6 cars in the car park.* Have they all been off loaded???? Saw Jimmy putting letters through the doors of surrounding houses *Maybe training at Lough Uni ? Louise Posted 31 January 2007 Share Posted 31 January 2007 Radio Leicester are reporting this now, but they've also not put a fee to it. renards Posted 31 January 2007 Share Posted 31 January 2007 This would never have happened during the MON era when Ian Marshall was secretly running the club. MON was a fine figurehead, granted, but Ian... well, Ian had the gift. Bring him back. Now. They hated each other...Fact And Marshall hated football...Odd! Big Es running a soccer school in Canada where he lets out appartments, couldn't make it up

Big Es running a soccer school in Canada where he lets out appartments, couldn't make it up They hated each other but they needed each other. Marshall was the brains. MON was the publically acceptable figurehead and media friendly interviewee.
lookwhaticando Posted 31 January 2007 Share Posted 31 January 2007 Hmmm Undiscoled fee (I hate them with a passion) Because they don't want to depress the fans by telling us we've been had for something in the region of 50k.

Manwell Pablo Posted 31 January 2007 Share Posted 31 January 2007 Because they don't want to depress the fans by telling us we've been had for something in the region of 50k. It's deadline day, it's a player that in reality we do need, and they have just got 9.65 million pounds. All signs point towards good deal for us. Even with this board..... lookwhaticando Posted 31 January 2007 Share Posted 31 January 2007 Yeah but knowing our luck, the fee will have add-ons more than hard cash. Say 200k base fee. 200k add-on if Watford stay up. 100k if they get promoted back to the premiership (after being relegated, obviously). With some luck, they'll stay up this year, get relegated next, promoted again after that. Oh yes... and we don't really need him... WE'VE GOT ANDY JOHNSON!! Mort Posted 31 January 2007 Share Posted 31 January 2007 With some luck, they'll stay up this year, get relegated next, promoted again after that. Yeah... the FT (by then in charge of the club) will be able to use the cash to pay off the interest on our debts, which will have followed our relegation to Leauge One... goody, goody! :w00t:

Our midfield is plenty good enough. Just the thought of it would make any city fan want to get his todger out. Hughes, Johnson, Tiatto, Porter Whoa! Steady lads, have we ever had a more commanding, creative midfield as that?

lookwhaticando Posted 31 January 2007 Share Posted 31 January 2007 In that case it can't be true Play nicely Manwell. There's still 11 and a half hours to go, still plenty of time. Maybe we're waiting for a dramatic Gallas/Cole swap moment... this time it's Williams/Stewart.

Guest Posted 31 January 2007 Share Posted 31 January 2007 It shows how far we have gone when a player is happy to leave for 3 and a bit months of Premiership footy before a swift return to the level he's come from.
