Maybe root and branch should include Mr Khan.

All this has been allowed to continue on his watch.

Ultimately he agrees to the contracts and picks the coach right?

Indeed Khan talks a good game but that's it.Remember him coming out a couple of years ago with big ideas on how they were going to improve Grace Road never gets mentioned now

Carberry has an average of 7.38 from 8 innings. Doesn't look much of an inspiration to the rest of the team.  Only Griffiths has a lower average in the 4 day games.  Do hope Cosgrove comes back next year - we will need him and a new coach with the remit to clear out the deadwood.  We can but live in hope of better things to come.

First ever post on here but a huge Foxes fan.

Just wandering if anyone had heard any sniff of who our overseas player(s) is/are going to be? I'd be quite happy to have Ronchi back as one of them for the T20 matches. I see Nash has left Sussex, he'd be a decent signing for us as would re-signing Jimmy Allenby who has just been released by Somerset. Both 34ish I think so still plenty of cricket left in them

The club are hoping to sign Ronchi again next year The club have spoken the Shannon Gabriel regarding the overseas role but the problem his that the club want somebody who's available for the full season and Gabriel has T20 commitments in the Caribbean T20

Gabriel would be an excellent acquisition, a quality bowler. I wonder whether the Club would consider having Gabriel here for half the season and getting someone else in for the remainder of the season, if that's feasible? Ideally though we'd want someone who was available over all formats for the whole duration. Please Ronchi is still their thoughts.

Shannon Gabriel had a decent stint on the south coast last year and is rapid. Would put the sh1ts up plenty of county pro's albeit he doesn't offer much with the bat.

I'd go with him but we may get some serious talent in for T20 bearing in mind Nixon's experience with Jamaica in the Caribbean.

World Boss anyone?

Foxes now interested in Joe Mennie apparently.Made his debut for Australia this year

Looks like a good fit from looking at him bowl, looks perfect for English conditions. Also played with Cozzie for South Australia.

Taylor was/is highly regarded I believe. Was on an ECB promising bowlers programme a season or two ago now.

Can’t believe Wayne White is now playing in goal for Heanor Town!

He played for Mickleover Sports while he was with us I think? Think a fair few county pros play a reasonable standard of non-league in the winter. Remember Peter Trego made the headlines a few years ago for scoring from his own box in a Conference South game.
