Is a better top 4. Ackerman is still our best player so put him at 3

Same with Bates Sekande Alex Evans Griffiths   all out of contract all not good enough. 

 

I'd keep Bowley that's all

Can we not split the coaching role and bring in someone who is a specialist  long format coach.

 

Nixon is good on the short form but in the long format we've been carp for top long.

 

N'hants sitting pretty in Div 1 shows what can be done.

Not sure either would fancy it as likely want to be the main man. Plus wages of it may stop that happening.
