I thought the theory was that Roman Walker was a mainly white ball bowler or that Finan's left arm would be effective. Therefore why do we keep playing Davis, he takes no wickets and keeps going for loads.

Balance of the side is wrong. We need a 4th seamer in case one of the other 3 goes round the park, which Davis generally does.
