Used  my electric deep roaster thing for the first time in ages. Did some smoked haddock with rise a few vegatables and some  herbs and spices as a stir fry. Nice but I have added too much chilli granuals. Will need to open a bottle of beer now. Last one from Xmas collection box. Forgot I had it as it was still in the box which is being used as a side table.
