Harpenden Fox Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 I have it on 'very good authority' that MM is 'disappointed' with the Club's progress with Holloway at the helm, and things 'could turn nasty' if we fail to beat Bristol City this weekend

Lichfieldfox. Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Oh dear. As bad as the Megson debacle. This does our club no good at all.Disgruntled if he is appointed.
morris1234 Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 there was rumour that when holloway signs he wanted to bring somebody from plymouth here, does anybody know which player this was?? i know it wa sonly a rumour but you never know!
Simi Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 there was rumour that when holloway signs he wanted to bring somebody from plymouth here, does anybody know which player this was?? i know it wa sonly a rumour but you never know! Hopefully Barry Hayles.
Phube Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Isn't it about time someone posted a list of his funny quotes!??
RowlattsFox Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 there was rumour that when holloway signs he wanted to bring somebody from plymouth here, does anybody know which player this was?? i know it wa sonly a rumour but you never know! David Norris is their best player I think.
MC Prussian Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 I wonder whether people are already taking bets on Holloway's date of resignation with us...
Milky Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Surely if he's resigned that means we've made an illegal approach for him. Unless we asked the club, they turned us down and he wasn't happy so resigned.
Simi Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Surely if he's resigned that means we've made an illegal approach for him. Unless we asked the club, they turned us down and he wasn't happy so resigned. That's what SSN have said.
sotonfox Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 The problem will now be that MM has been very vociferous about playing this by the book. He has quite rightly not made a single public statement to the effect that he wants Holloway (whether he does or doesn't) He may be in a difficult spot now as until Plymouth accept IH's resignation or give permission for talks, MM can't make a move - despite the current news.
Koke Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Hopefully Barry Hayles. I'd rather take Sylvain Ebanks-Blake.
Manwell Pablo Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 David Norris is their best player I think. Don't see him uping sticks and leaving with Holloway though he's been at Plymouth for years. I don't think he's that good either.
Phube Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 It would be hilarious if we didn't appoint him.. it'd be the second time he's lost a job because of us!!
thybluefox Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Its quite obvious they're messing us/Holloway around. It doesnt take 48 hours to get the board together, especially when you're manager wants to resign. I think he'll be appointed at leicester late friday.
Simi Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 I'd rather take Sylvain Ebanks-Blake. So would I. Bit of sarcasm never went a miss though.
Ric Flair Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 there was rumour that when holloway signs he wanted to bring somebody from plymouth here, does anybody know which player this was?? i know it wa sonly a rumour but you never know! Halmosi or Gosling hopefully.
Simi Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Halmosi or Gosling hopefully. What? Nails everyday. Even Tuesdays.
Master Fox Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 What?Nails everyday. Even Tuesdays. I'm looking forward to millions of posts and threads about bringing back Lillian Nalis coz he scored a well good goal against Leeds.
Simi Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Hopefully Barry Hayles. Lets sign Barry Hayles. Yes. Manwell, you know it.
Ric Flair Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 This will be sorted out quicker than Friday if Mandaric stumps up the compensation they want.
