This football club is now rotten to its core. The players don't want to play with any heart, the chairman's in it to make a fast buck (fine, as long as it works out for everyone) and fans who have turned the Walkers into an intimidating place not for opponents, but for Leicester. Ok, we've had little positive to shout about so it's not the fans' fault but the negativity helps nobody.

So start again.

Get rid of ALL the first team squad except young Mattock, who hopefully is yet to be corrupted by the cynicism.

For me, I'd be sad to see Kisnorbo and Fryatt leave. In the right circumstances they'd be quality players for the club (in a way, Kisnorbo has been regardless of the chaos). I literally could not care less about the rest of them.

Start again by buying up a load of players who actually want to play for this football club. At least when we had no money it meant that players were coming here because they wanted to play for Leicester City and not because they wanted more money.

It may seem like a very radical solution but its the only way to cure this club of its negativity. All the players are infected by it.

I'd rather have Gradel and Beswick playing for this team than a load of mercenaries who are at Leicester for one last pay day. Poor Ian Holloway's going to lose his job at this rate because his players are motivated more by money than the badge. Stoke and Bristol City have shown what can be achieved through pride in the shirt, and Leicester have shown what a reckless disregard for the time and money spent by their supporters can do to a club.

I'm sorry but if I'm not allowed to express a radical viewpoint what is the point in having a forum at all?

It's not kneejerk, I've been putting up with rubbish for years, it's something I've said many times in the past.

Why not play devil's advocate? Obviously it's never going to happen, but we've tried both keeping the same underperforming players one year and then bringing in half a new squad the next but why not?

All that has happened in response to my original post is people being negative. I'd like a constructive reason as to why, given that all else has failed, this isn't an idea which should at least be open to debate.

EDIT: And if you're telling me that £15k/week benchwarmer Bruno N'Gotty isn't getting paid much you're having a laugh

if we had won today you wouldn't have posted this, so yes - along with all the 'ollie out', 'fryatt should have played', 'hume sucks' threads we have every time e lose - this is a kneejerk thread

It's not kneejerk, now is an appropriate time to post. If someone said 'Hume's a good player' after a good game, would that be kneejerk? No because he is often good. We have been rotten for a while and we need to sort it out.

I reiterate, why should I be derided for leaving such a comment open to discussion on a forum which is open to debate? Anybody can shout someone else down, it's not big or clever, what is big and clever is reason. My post is in the large part unreasonable but it's there to get people thinking.

That is why I said what a crap. pointless post!! There is my justification.

So I'm not allowed to stimulate debate?

People start 'Rivaldo to Leicester' posts and they don't get derided in such a way. It is not going to happen, true.

Why not throw out the idea of 'start again'?

I am yet to hear a convincing reason as to why this shouldn't be discussed - all the posts on here are 'pointless'. Nobody listens to what we've got to say. We're little people, why can't we debate it?

And as for my 'now' comment, I appreciate that it was a poor choice of word. 'Currently' would have been better. This club has been rotten since the middle of last season. The only time I believed the club had any soul was in the three games of Birmingham at home and Preston and Barnsley away last season.

What the hell has Fryatt done this season to justify any sort of role in the first team?

Hardly fooking radical mate - there are lots of idiots on this board spouting the same shite.

Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.

Cock.

We have this after every loss. :frusty:

We have this because we've had 4 years of rubbish and nothing ever gets better despite a sign that it will every 9/10 games.

I can understand your frustration but I don't agree with you. We've started from scratch on enough occasions in the past 4 years, we don't need another one. I've said it many a time but what we need is stability. We're evidently capable of winning games. I say stick with Ollie and build, although I do agree that brings a risk of relegation, I dont think that changing manager AGAIN could possibly bring any benefits.

To "start Again" would leave the club in a serious state of "what the **** do we do now??"

Ollie IS attempting to start again and change the things that are wrong about the club. If anyone believed that it was going to happen over night and that we would be in the play offs or any where near, they need help!

We are playing crap at the moment, unfortunatly the Transfer window is closed so there is nothing we can do about it. If we sacked Ollie now we would only be able to bring someone in to work with the current squad anyway so whats the point?

If we are relegated then its becasue we have not been good enough in 46 games, not just since Ollie has been here. Whatever happens one thing is for certain, too many changes have already happened this season and that has led to deflated confidence and confused/bewildered players. By changing the Manager again this season it would effectivly end the campaign and leave relegation as a certainty.

Nobody is knocking you for having an opinion but to publicly air it with a thread title "Start Again" is only going to get backs up, we all want the best for Leicester City and that means having patience and letting the people at the Club do thier jobs.

EDIT : How you can say that Milan is only after making a quick buck is beyond me.. the guy has spent a fortune on us??

'if we had won today you wouldn't have posted this'

But the point is that we didn't win, we didn't even look like winning, and as we had won last week we weren't likely to, and once we went 1-0 down we were NEVER going to win.

I don't know what the answer is, the problem is that Holloway doesn't appear to know either and gobbing off about the ref is poor, it was a penalty.

Goalie was poor

Now you see why Chambers isn't played regularly.

Kisnorbo was wank.

Neither centre-half can pass

Midfield was poor

Hume was fooking awful (considering that according to many he is our best player)

DJ, well he was woeful
