Serving aint been good enough, doesn't look fit, dunno if he's not well obviously he's puking left right and center but he's done that before....Serve volley as a tactic aint going to work long term, mind you trying to win rallies aint proving very fruitful either, just as expected, out classed really, but could have done himself more favours by serving better and being fitter (if possible)

Match is gone now just a matter of time.

Game was lost at the end of that first set.

Still, he's shown that perhaps he's got enough to mix it around the top 10 if he's consistent.

Edit: though I'll be honest, if he was going to be better than the above, he would have showed it before now, I think, sadly.

Draper will need to improve his conditioning massively. The game is top 10 but he won't realise his potential unless he can cope with the physicality. He wasn't tested this tournament and gassed after 2 hours here, albeit in brutal conditions.

Great game between Sabalenka and Pegula. Just when one player seems to be running away with momentum they get sucked back in.

Pegula was 0-3 down, 30-40 in that 4th game and then won 4 games in a row.

Great fight from Pegula, but Sabalenka was just too good.

Fritz just absolutely demolished, Sinner is truly showing why he is number one..  if draper can improve his fitness there isn’t reason for him to seriously challenge. I’m a massive Murray fan and remember him struggling with fitness early in his career too

He might try but not sure how fit Draper will be to play?

Will need a break surely..

Apparantly we need to be more like the french.

Davis Cup 2024: Great Britain need 'football crowd' behind them in Manchester - Leon Smith - BBC Sport

Quote

"You see it at the French Open, it's like a football crowd. It makes a difference at the end of a long day.

"It was really quiet out there and we have to make the most of that home advantage."
