Lloyd Dyer signs

Good, I don't like them. Club theiving priks, having thought about it if it annoys that bunch mutant entities, signing Dyer was a good idea.

I'm not in a happy place today.

If this starts the feast as clubs pick on their carcass now that Ince has gone then this is a good thing.

I don't care if Dyer is any good - he can play out his contract in the reserves as long as it pisses off Franchise.

One of Lloyd Dyer's great strengths is his energy; he's able to motor up and down the left side all day and provides terrific service to his strikers

I think I'm with Manwell on this with in not being massively excited. He'll do a job for us and I think be a useful squad player to have, but I not sure he'll be the superstar creative winger we need. More a back-up role.

We have been lacking Left Wingers, so all good.

Does this mean Red on Red will be back for another 6 months now we have 1 of his players :(

At least 6 months I would say.

Any predictions for what time ROR will turn up on here?

The MK Dons fans are really mad about this so I think he does have quality and should do a good job in League One.

Depends - I figure the allure of the Premiership may be too strong to keep him here as he informs everyone of what he knows about Ince. He ought to enjoy it while it lasts because it's the only ****ing way Franchise are getting anywhere near to the top flight lol

Dyer Makes It A Double

Posted on: Tue 01 Jul 2008

Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson has this morning completed his second capture of the day with the signing of winger Lloyd Dyer.

The 25-year-old, whose contract with the MK Dons expired yesterday, joins the Foxes on a three-year deal.

Dyer made a total of 92 appearances during his two-year stint with the Dons, and was an integral part of Paul Ince's side that completed the League Two/Football League Trophy double last season.

City boss Nigel Pearson said: "Lloyd is another player who is going in the right direction. He's an exciting, tricky winger and I am looking forward to working with him.

The thing I like about this signing is Pace, we lacked it last season and it looks as though Pearson as realised this.

Should be a good signing.

Good signing IMO Pearson is making the right moves, going for young players, and better players in teams of the same division. Would expect maybe one more signing by the end of the day.

Lloyd Dyer's undeniably a very good player and will do very well for you lot. He has played a big part for us in the last two seasons and will be a major loss . :(

Oh yes! This is a good signing, he is a player I have seen and really appreciated. From what I can tell he's fast and a tricky and a reasonable crosser and scores a fair few goals. He can play on both wings but I believe he is predominately a left winger. Him and Gradel will be excellent. I'm getting excited, he and Morrison and signings I can relate to.

One thing I like so far about these signings is that they're both clearly Pearson signings, not Mandaric ones. Hopefully Milan's finally realised that the manager should be left to decide what players he wants in his squad, and we won't get a situation like last year. They're also both players who Pearson has worked with before (Dyer at WBA, Morrison when he was on trial at Newcastle), which is much better than signing players based on video footage and agents' recommendations. Let's hope this continues.

What type of player is he?

Which wing does he play on the LEFT? can he play on both,

Good Left foot? energetic? tricky? Quick? keeps posestion? Good Crosser? Takes Corners?

Details young Sir Details if you dont mind, your the only one who knows cos you have seen him for the last 2 years.

ETUHU was supposed to be tricky and quick and he was the biggest pile of shite ive seen on our wing since oh the last 10 weve had!
