Samilktray Posted 29 July 2008 Posted 29 July 2008 Estimated 5,500.Birmingham fans cannot afford to go to Leicester. Is that overall or just away fans. I'm confused.
Simi Posted 29 July 2008 Posted 29 July 2008 Is that overall or just away fans.I'm confused. Overall, hence the bottom statement.
Samilktray Posted 29 July 2008 Posted 29 July 2008 Overall, hence the bottom statement. Crikey. Expected at least double figures overall. Cheers anyway.
Babylon Posted 29 July 2008 Posted 29 July 2008 Ticket office said just over 4000 sold when my mate went to pick up the tickets earlier.
Simi Posted 29 July 2008 Posted 29 July 2008 Crikey.Expected at least double figures overall. Cheers anyway. Once word gets out that I am going, it will reach double figures. Ticket office said just over 4000 sold when my mate went to pick up the tickets earlier. I suspect quite a few paying on the gate, so to speak later.
General Smuts Posted 29 July 2008 Posted 29 July 2008 Spot on there Big Nev, but with the way our friendlies have gone so far it'll be a 6-5 thriller. My only hope is that Sappleton is at least on the bench.
Tommy G Posted 29 July 2008 Posted 29 July 2008 Ticket office said just over 4000 sold when my mate went to pick up the tickets earlier. Not surprising at all considering the price for a FRIENDLY

Milky Posted 29 July 2008 Posted 29 July 2008 He's not in the squad. He'll be sitting right behind me then hopefully!
Father Ted Posted 29 July 2008 Posted 29 July 2008 All I will say is I predict a 'high scoring' match.
MikeyT Posted 29 July 2008 Posted 29 July 2008 Well i'll be there tonight cheering the lads on. Im going for an interesting 1-1.
l444ry Posted 29 July 2008 Posted 29 July 2008 Hopefully they'll play a stormer and anything above a defeat will be a massive lift for all. Forget all the irrelevant other friendlies, this is the acid test of what progress Pearson has made (or not).

Forget all the irrelevant other friendlies, this is the acid test of what progress Pearson has made (or not). Agreed. I wasn't impressed with our performance at Luton, who asked us a few questions. Brum will be even tougher opposition and if we don't pass the ball well and get it out wide, then they'll do us over.
Sods Posted 29 July 2008 Posted 29 July 2008 Making the journey up. Come on the blue boys. How many stands are open, will there be a foxestalk section?
termite111 Posted 29 July 2008 Posted 29 July 2008 hey guys just wondering. do you have to purchase tickets before the game or can you turn up and pay on the gates. cheers

Simi Posted 29 July 2008 Posted 29 July 2008 Will she pay for me too? After extensive discussions, the verdict was...no.
Raj Posted 29 July 2008 Posted 29 July 2008 Big up to all those going to be fair. I'd have gone if i was on the right shift, just to get to put some names to faces to some of our youngsters. ( i dont think i'd even know what Gardel looked like if he came upto me on the street holding a big sign saying"I AM MAX GRADEL!!!") Result doesnt really matter, lets just hope they show abit of spirit and enthusiasm...abit of what we missed last season!! Up the Shitty! Enjoy!
