I have auditioned before (no joke) and had to go to the NEC. Was there from 7am and then had my 30second audition at 1.30! I never made it through though but met some top peeps in the queue and some really good singers.

This was about 7 years ago before I had anything like video on my phone etc.. It's clear I'm merely a karaoke singer, but all my mates have said I should go back and try again.
