Gradel's season so far has been a waste, no opportunity to build on his performances from last season in the same league, he deserves a sustained run in the side, he will run at defenders constantly, even when things don't go his way he keeps trying things and unlike Dyer he'll stay wide for the most part.

I like this team and formation, lets control midfield and go for the win, set out a positive team, we are capable of thrashing teams On a side note tho we need to keep a player up when we are defending a corner, it puts us under added pressure by having everyone back as you dont have an out ball and it allows them to come onto you. It reallys annoys me, obviously theres a reason for it, but its too defensive especially when were at home
