So How Many of You Voted Fosse?

I dunno if this thrread has been done before, if so, can it ASAP :D

Just wondering, we all must remember the day, against Wimbledon, when we had the cards to vote whether to stay as City, or go back to Leicester Fosse.. I know there was a smattering of Fossites (I have to say I wasn't one of them, I wanted City)

But was there anyone who did want to go back to Fosse. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't have been dead against it, but I just prefer contunuity, like the sad man I am.

If anyone did vote F, why so? :)

That was one of only two home games I missed that season. I tried to get on the good old number 80 from halls but was literally too pissed to stand up straight even at 2pm the next day. Ridiculous night.

I would have voted Fosse. Like the "unique" names like Argyle and Wednesday.

I couldn't make it to that match. Can't remember why though.

Would have voted City if I had gone. Sure, Fosse is a proud part of our club's history and heritage, and I'm glad that it is still used occasionally today in reference to things related to the club, but history belongs in the past, and we've been City since 1919.

It wouldn't have made any difference. There was a massive majority for city (rightly so).

Yeah I was at the game. Some little cunt kids nicked my voting paper and a load of other people's around me. Think at the time I wanted Fosse, but now I'd definitely vote City.

I'm City til I die really rang round the stadium that day.

I went with city, no point changing your name half way through a season they should of done it last game so you didn't have to change your badge and shirts half way through a season etc. didn't matter anyway.

I've always wondered why fire stations have poles? Why not just have a nice slide, which would cut of the risk of injuries :D

And it would save time as 3 or 4 men could go at once

I was a season ticket holder at the time but I missed the game for some reason. I would have voted CITY though.

The whole thing was a bit of a pretence for the club to show that they cared about what fans thought. (if you ask me)
