i know ive missed something here, but why are liverpool still playing after 104 minutes?

Extra time, atletico just scored after liverpool did in extra time so it's 2-1 at the mo, it was 1-0 to liverpool at FT

Tis true, however that was at least 10 years ago now, I personally hate both teams equally. But yeah, all english final, I want it but do they?last minute goal from..... me?

Athletico Madrid vs Fulham in the final. :D

Kinda like the fact its not all premiership tie, more interesting. AM are my fave Spanish side, I enjoy watching them play and their fans (well the majority) are top.

Forlan of all the people eh?

Delighted for Fulham and Atletico. Poor Liverpool, this was just a step too far for them but I'm sure they will have a strong campaign next season.

Who'd have thought out of England and Spain we'd have Atletico and Fulham left in a European final.

Surprising to find out that Fulham's youngest player on the pitch today was Clint Dempsey, born in 1983, 27 years old.

Good luck Fulham in the final. Deserve to win it in terms of the size and magnitude of effort they've put in since July last year.

And mainly so because of Roy Hodgson. Who would have though that from saving them from relegation when he took over, that they'd be in a European cup final so soon after!

Very tough call.

Does one tune in to ITV 4 and hope beyond hope that Fulham send Das Krauts back weeping to ze Rieperbaum OR

Does one tune in to FIVE and hope beyond hope that Athletico give the Scouse shits uno damn good hiding.

:giggle:

Torres to quit, Benitez to go and Liverpool in adminstration next season.

Yeah I know, the thought of Englands two biggest clubs going into administration is well funny.
