Blackpool post match

Get in, I feared at the start of the season that Holloway would have the last laugh when they played us. Good to see we've got maximum points from both games against him now.

Shame Derby conceded a late equaliser at Bramall Lane.

Nice to be back in the play-offs and still having one/two games in hand over the other teams.

Another shocking referee. An amazingly agonizing 5 minutes of added time.

Silly goal to concede.

Two great goals from our lads. Wish the strikers would've performed a little bit better, particularly Fryatt. Waghorn had a great shot saved. Two games in hand against our close opposition in the league.

We got it in our own hands to seek consolidation in the playoff race.

Well done to the team. All in all, a great effort from everyone.

Looking forward to the Doncaster home game now.

That's all I have to say.

N'Guessan did exactly what Wellens did :dunno:

Good win, The last 5 minutes weren't the easiest to get through, despite being 2-0 up I can't say I was particularly confident and always felt Blackpool could come back, and they nearly did.

We need more goals despite scoring 2 today, and we need to learn how to kill games off.

From the dodgy stream we looked ok, but 2nd half Blackpool looked to be all over us.

Missed both of the goals, Lloyd Dyers sounds like a good'un though.

fook me that last 5 mins scared me to death!

It wouldn't be Leicester without a bit of drama at the end of a game. :D

Nice win. Bring on Doncaster Tuesday night.

We looked good today. Mostly down to Blackpool playing attack minded football which left them severly exposed on the break.

Definitely deserved the win with the amount of chances we had. N'Guessan had a cracking game, hopefully he can keep it up.

Fairplay to Blackpool looked a decent outfit.

Whoever let the flare of is a legend. :scarf:

Stringer creaming himself about the Dyer goal. The bloke was having an incredible orgasm he's never had before.

That was a nervous last 5 mins! My stream froze slightly just as the Adam ran into the box. Came back on and saw the ref booking someone then realised it was Adam - my heart went back to where it should be! Bit debatable but given the shoddy decisions last week this is justice in some ways. Why did he bring Howard on aswell for Gally? We were doing nicely on the break and had the 5 in the middle which was working. It was the same against Newcastle and we were struggling at the end slightly.

Anyhoo, a great win for us and good start to this long month! Nice to see our wingers getting some goals and was pleased with the chances we created. A good display away from home. They did have a lot of chances to score but for some awesome saves from Weale! Must also pay credit to those our fans who made the trip - we were noisy most of the game by the sounds of it - although not sure about that flare being let off when we made it 2-0!

Only watched it on the stream, so I might have missed stuff. Looked an excellent game, which on balance we deserved to win, although Blackpool certainly played their part and probably had the best of the first half.

Can someone explain the difference between the slight tug on a shoulder which resulted in Richie Wellens getting sent off last week and the slight tug on a shoulder which resulted in Adam getting booked for diving this afternoon. Looked identical to me. Could easily have been a penalty, which would have been harsh.

Weale was a hero. Nearly kept out their goal too, but saved an even tougher one from the low volley early in the second half. And several other top class saves. Dany looked top quality, and he seemed to work well with Waggy again.
