Really not sure what to make of that. It's either a mock up or it shows that renowned musicians and singers also have to be decent actors. In which case, for Jagger/Bowie to match their vocals to the song without any live playback to either of them, is remarkable.

 

And don't tell me either of them are overrated. Seen both live and they are/were outstanding.
