Chihuahua..

Talking of mongrels, I once saw a cross between a dachshund and an alsatian..

It looked like a giant mouse, alsatian head with a dachshunds body... Fook knows how its mam and dad did it..

i would imagine that a cross of those two breeds would be an unwieldly looking beast .

i wonder what the ugliest/worst looking cross breed ever looks like

ps WTF BBQ

was it you who was having trouble with some sort of inheritance problem a while back ?

if it was did you get it sorted ?

sorry if i've got the wrong poster

Why is it that inside, stairs are called stairs, but outside, stairs are called steps.

They are the same, arn't they?

I'm gonna have a guess that it's something do with stairs, such as in your house, are built over open space, whereas steps are usually built on top of something or with a solid base. You call fire escapes at the back of tall buildings stairs and they have open space underneath, steps only usually refers to those that lead up to front of a house or make a path up a hill, and these have a solid base under each step.

I have no idea if that makes any sense or if it's right it's just a guess.

Are HND's (Higher National Diploma's) a useful qualification?

I know this is a vague question but I got a mate who has entered a course for this (Engineering, I think) and since then he keeps questioning this qualification to his other pals and me personally this, but opted to do this particular course as he needs the HND qualification to get onto the final year of the Engineering degree course, (After the HND) which he is aiming for.

Cheers.

Who would win in a GK Quiz between "The Eggheads" ( Team , Barry, Kevin , CJ ,Daphne and Pat) and "The Chasers" ( Team Mark , Ann, Shaun , Sinha and Bradley ?

I think I'd go for the Chasers but it would be close , i'd love to see it

Noway man the eggheads every time! The chubby headmistress and the black guy would be well out of their depth against Daphne and Kevin respectively and Bradley is just a muppet any time of day.

Would never happen though, they'd never be able to settle on a mutually agreeable format and CJ would be after far too much money. Shame.

Yes , come to think about it you are probably right , the format would be a huge stumbling block as the chasers are really quickfire specialists and the eggheads probably are the more knowledgeable in depth .

I think if they could devise a match where they met in both chaser and egghead style formats , with a "university challenge" style format decider , it would be very interesting .

But that won't talk to you, not as much fun.

I want one with a Mr.T voiceover : TURN AROUND FOOL TURN AROUND FOOL TURN AROUND FOOL etc

I don't want to have fun trying to find my way somewhere - I like to go the fastest route there rather than being send down a series of countryside roads and then finding myself 30 miles from where I wanted to go by the time I have room to turn round.
