ffs i'm telling the truth here than bragging now. Gordon Banks iwas my Uncle's best man at his wedding and regularly goes in my Uncle's box. He went to the Forest game (he was seen on tv apparently) and he also went to the Man City game. Top man.

I know some twins who said Stuart Taylor lived in their house before they did, they're off Countryman Way..

Yeh thas the road Muzzy lived on, Joachim lived round the corner on Barn Way. I used to live on Link Rise so they were only just down the road :trumpet:

Muzzys dog was INSANE lol i dont think he ever read a single one of the papers i delivered because his dog used to rip them apart the moment I put them through the letter box lol

Used to live on the same road as matty piper just before he broke into the first team he used to have a quick kick about with us every now and then he was a really nice lad , even recognised us at a reservse match in the stand while he was about to take a throw in and gave us a thumps up .

Saw Muzzy Izzet at Enderby swimming baths once. Met Matt Elliott a few times too when he lived in Countesthorpe, we were in the Mercury with him when we won the league or cup at Linden I think.

Bumped into Robbie Savage in Undecided on my 18th birthday and he bought me a pint. Thought he was a top bloke back then, but he's turning into a right **** now.

Met Matt Elliott in Sainsbury's at Fosse Park a couple of days before the League Cup final against Tranmere. Wished him luck and told him he'd score. I like to think I had a little hand in that victory :D

1) Im a pretty keen golfer and Ian Marshall is a member of our club, and ive seen him up there a fair few times. Always has time for people

2) Met everyone involved in the Alan Birchenall testimonal mid nineties as my dad was one of the officials during the game which was nice

3) Was with dad when he refereed for the Ian Marshall Canadian Soccer School so met him there

4) Gareth Williams used to turn up at my school occasionally (very occasionally) as his cousin was there (so people said). Either way he turned up once or twice to pick her up. Never actually spoke to him.

5) Ive seen Stringer several times in the Morrisons supermarket in Coalville and he doesnt mind having a chat

My dad used to play Cricket and Football with Gary Lineker  He used to be a decent cricketer apparently. Bit of a shit claim to fame, but i remember him telling me once.

I was buying a copy of 442 in Tescos and bumped in Ian Marshall...

I was at a works conference at the Walkers and passed Manderic on the stairs for some reason I blustered "ahhh Mr. Manderic" to which he replied "hello, thankyou" ........ WTF?

My Uncle sold his massive house to Muzzy Izzet

My dad made me get an old matchday program signed by Mark Wallington in Loughborough library, I was only about 5 or 6 & can't really remember the situation

I saw David Oldfield up a club in Loughborough and asked him why he was so shit

Me and my mates played football with Steffan Oakes and his Dad from Shawoddy Waddy at Manor Road. He was so miserable and wouldn't chip in for the cost of the 5 a side pitch.

Dion Dublin offered my Mum a cup of coffee once. She said no. He then offered my sister his autograph. She also said no. Poor Dion...

Another one is that I used to play for the same under 13's side as Matt Eliotts son!

Neil Lennon went to my cousin's wedding when i was bridesmaid, but i don't remember much about seeing him (I was only 5) - I have pictures though!

I met Emile Heskey when i was 4- my sister won a competition to be in a box with him and upside down (if anybody remembers them) for a reserve match. I had my picture took with him, and then turned to my parents and asked why he had black hands - oh dear  (I was only 4 though)
