dave the caveman Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 I think the results we've had in the games he has started speak for themselves, yet some people seem to think he is a good player.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 I got told to get a grip before the game when I complained he was in the team, think my point was justified.
Joe. Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 He's played in the first team for Chelsea, and he's represented the World Cup finalists at full international level. Of course he's a good player, he just did something completely stupid today.
Wymsey Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 More disadvantages of his play than advantages so far since his loan spell, but he's still very young so he has time to develop into a better player. 5/10
Matt Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 I got slated after questioning him after the Portsmouth game, I didn't slag him off, I just questioned him, looks like quite a few people on here have slagged him off today.
hesapeepingtom Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 not just the players fault to be fair, ever since the Cardiff game and Sven's insistence on picking him (playing him in midfield) its been down hill from there Sven and his team selections have cost us a play off place. one might argue we were bottom when he took over, but he still got us back in with a shout and then pissed it away with constant changes due to the need to have Jeffrey Bruma on the team sheet! if this is how its gonna be under him i don't want him here. how many times as Sven come out and said "i couldn't give him a reason for dropping him" IE Vitor! well don't ****ing do it then you old Mr Burns looking muggy tit!

That has to be one of the funniest and worst ever posts I have seen on this forum.
m00nie Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 Guess as ricardo wasnt in goal people need a new scapegoat...
thybluefox Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 Yet he had an outstanding game against QPR. He's obviously talented, but still inexperienced which showed today.
hesapeepingtom Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 you wanna see the farting in the bath or shower one then! whats wrong with that post is not it true? whats wrong with what i said? discuss!
Legend_in_blue Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 He couldn't handle Marlon King in the first half of the Cov game. That cost us. I'd prefer us to play Vitor, he's a better player imo. The only reason I think he's in the team is because it's part of the clause on the loan deal. Like he has to play a certain percentage of the games. He isn't a step up on the other players who can play CB. He's a liability.
m00nie Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 . The only reason I think he's in the team is because it's part of the clause on the loan deal. Like he has to play a certain percentage of the games. Or maybe sven rates him....
dannythefox Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 good player but he can go back to chelsea for me!
Webbo Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 He had a decent game against Portsmouth and Qpr, I wasn't at today's game so I can't comment on that.
Guest Mee-9 Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 I honestly can't understand how we loaned out Hobbs, and bought this guy in? Loaning out a 'at the time out of form player with bags of quality' for a 'inexperienced at this level mediocre player with a big nose.' Yet again, Big name Chelsea player chosen infront of the likes of Mee, Vitor.
Babylon Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 Guess as ricardo wasnt in goal people need a new scapegoat... Yup!! Hell it can't be Yakubu today can it.
cc_star Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 Think Bruma will be an OK player, but not for us He's been poor (at best) for us, except for a while against QPR, TBH he's nowhere near as good as Vitor Our points tally since Sven shoe-horned Bruma, in midfield/across the defence/anywhere into the side speaks for itself Mee was looking great at LCB, then Vitor was astonishing but Sven picks Bruma. TBH the buck stops with Sven, whether its a deal he's done that Bruma must play, or just the fact he blindly thinks he's better when performances & results show otherwise
Criggers Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 I couldn't care less how good a player is. I don't care if he's a Dutch international and good enough to play for Chelsea, if he is gonna bring Chelsea's ref bashing attitude with him he can **** off back to the bridge. As you may have guessed I just saw his stupid behaviour on the footie league show. His silly attitude has cost us 2 points, no questions about it. I hope to see Vitor given a deserved run now.
Bugg Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 He only looked like he was asking about the penalty incident. It looked a pretty dubious decision so I'd want to question it if I was him too.
STEVIE B Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 Sven rates him and did a 'deal' with Chelsea. But 'Oh,I know lets slag off a young player who is learning his trade'.Eriksson picks Bruma, and everybody else,so where does the buck stop ? Give the players a break and look at the bigger picture !!
Guest bennytwohats Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 Looked a strange decisions today though he should have known better. I think the jury is still out on him tbh, same with PVA - put in some quality performances but then some not so quality ones - i've not really seen enough to determine what is down to ability and what is down to form.
Criggers Posted 2 April 2011 Posted 2 April 2011 I'm not slagging him off for bein good or bad enough. He got sent off in stupid circumstances. Surely he could just keep his mouth shut? The pen was saved and 12 mins to go in an important match, why even bother shouting/talking/questioning/fighting/kissing/enquiring with the ref? No need and he knew he was on a booking. Just shut up & get on with the game. It's about time all footballers did that.
