I'd ask if anything has happened in the last fortnight but I imagine I know the answer without trawling back. Hopefully the coming weeks will bring some closure to the matter..... City are light in defence and need replacements. Maynards mum is his agent and has been playing hardball. The city board don't want to lose him but don't have any more money. It is thought they will initially drop to £5 million, with interest from West Ham and Leicester still.
