Mee Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 Mad 5 minutes. Hold on Switzeland. What's your name? LargeAl? You scottish?!
Phube Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 2-0 Shocking 'keeping. Not the keeper's fault, that's what the wall is for... blame the wimpy wall!
MC Prussian Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 I wonder if Alex decided to watch after all. I'm off to watch my local team losing out on promotion, get back on the train only to find out that Switzerland are 2-0 up against England. Well, yeah. Great. Just one of those days where you set the wrong priorities.
marko Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 Not the keeper's fault, that's what the wall is for... blame the wimpy wall! The wall was just as bad, but a 'keeper shouldn't be beaten at his near post like that.
ScouseFox Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 The wall was just as bad, but a 'keeper shouldn't be beaten at his near post like that. Well the wall is there to protect that side of the goal, keeper's on the other side to make sure he doesn't get beat that way, as he was for the first goal. Just Walcott using all his speed to get out of the way of the ball. edit - apologies to Walcott, it was Milner who pussied out.
MikeyT Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 Bent offside a lot and Parker giving the ball away loads!
Corky Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 Poor performance, lack of quality into the box, the wall for the second goal was abysmal. We can't afford to lose this.
Tom17LCFC Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 I'd love to know the odds on Parker making a successful pass today
anotherharboroughfox Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 England have the best fans in the world. Enough said. Personally, I find the trumpet bloody aannoying. Same old, same old. And why the **** was he playing When the (Insert name here) go marching in? nothing to do with England fits in the gap, all I could think of was Swiss
ScouseFox Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 Ashley Young should come on. He was the best player on the pitch in the last qualifier against Wales, no idea why he's not starting, yet Milner is. He's on for Lampard now.
Haydos Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 ****ING ANDY TOWNSEND! "Why would Walcott go down in that situation?" Maybe because he'd been fouled, was completely off balance and stumbling over you stupid ****ing twat. Couldn't believe it when I saw Milner starting ahead of Young. Ps. The sooner Townsend ****s of my telly the better.
ScouseFox Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 Not hard, Young comes on looks lively, grabs a goal. Why didn't he start?
