I am Rod Hull Posted 3 June 2011 Posted 3 June 2011 Iv lost all interest in international football.... I`ll watch the cricket instead....
sdb Posted 3 June 2011 Posted 3 June 2011 Yep International football is crap. I would say bar major tournaments but even they're wank now.
Joeb.lcfc Posted 3 June 2011 Posted 3 June 2011 the first five or so seconds of that remind me of the open all hours theme
MC Prussian Posted 3 June 2011 Posted 3 June 2011 The outcome of this game is already decided. Screw that. I'm off watching real football near Lake Constanze tomorrow afternoon, anyway. EDIT: How many more threads on this matchup? http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=73037 http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=72117
hbkkids Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 i dont care who wins this, after the world cup i have lost all faith in england, i only support one team and thats leicester!
purpleronnie Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 Noticed we are 8/1 to win euro 2012, i'm thinking about laying them off, but knowing my luck we'd win the thing and I'll be £8000 down.
BlueSi13 Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 i dont care who wins this, after the world cup i have lost all faith in england, i only support one team and thats leicester! Why? Because England don't win everything every two years? Come on England! But in all fairness...its not a game that truly wets the appetite but still, its a game we have to win
TheUltimateWinner Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 I'll only watch international football properly again when the following people make the team: B. Mee K. Naughton Wellens Jr
Bugg Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 I still have interest. Ingurland Ingurland Ingurland... and so on. COME ON ENGLAND!
Corky Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 It's a surprising lack of coverage around the game, given it's a qualifier. England should get the three points.
Fox92 Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 Playing for England should be about pride, and the players shouldn't get paid for it. A few of the players have dropped out now, such as Green and Foster, and the other half are usually 'injured' when the game comes around. This is why, although I will watch it and support my country, I haven't got a massive interest compared to when Leicester play, hence I'd rather see Leicester win promotion than England win the World Cup.
ScouseFox Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 Didn't know it was a qualifier. Might watch it now. Come on England
Webbo Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 I can't be bothered with all this "I don't care about England" bullshit again.
Bugg Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 If we ever won a trophy, people would suddenly 'care' about england again. I'll support the country I live in regardless.
purpleronnie Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 I can't be bothered with all this "I don't care about England" bullshit again. But you reply to it, and why is it bullshit if thats what people think? Are you calling them liars?
Webbo Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 But you reply to it, and why is it bullshit if thats what people think? Are you calling them liars? I can't be bothered because every time England play we get this same old crap. "I don't support England because they don't win anything", why the **** do they support Leicester then? If you're English you should support England otherwise what's the point? You might as well be a plastic Man U fan.
Super_horns Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 Playing for England should be about pride, and the players shouldn't get paid for it. A I agree with the first bit but believe they don't get paid...maybe that is the reason for the lack of effort when it really matters? We will win today so Capello & co will be greeat etc again tomorrow.
purpleronnie Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 Don't the players donate their england wages to charity?
Corky Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 I can't be bothered because every time England play we get this same old crap. "I don't support England because they don't win anything", why the **** do they support Leicester then? If you're English you should support England otherwise what's the point? You might as well be a plastic Man U fan. It's the ones that want England to fail that I don't understand. Fair enough don't support them or care, but actively wanting them to struggle? Don't get it.
Guest NGoloMode Posted 4 June 2011 Posted 4 June 2011 Don't the players donate their england wages to charity? Yes they do.
