Matt Mills - SIGNED

He's seven years old, and already having his head turned by Spurs and Barca.

Better get those Champions League titles sorted before he leaves school.. lol

I'm just relaying the information they said on the SSN interview. But his father said, out of respect to the Leicester setup, they can't say whether or not Barca have taken him onboard yet.

£5m is ridiculous really. But if that's who Svenis wants.....

He's probably worth £2-3 mil at most, especially if someone like Clichy sells for £7mil. But then Mills isn't French...

Value is a relative concept. A few years ago when mid table was a half decent season and we didn't have much cash we would have bitten the arm off anyone offering that kind of cash for anyone in our squad, becuase we could have brought in 2-3 players who would have improved the squad.

Now we are trying to make the jump from play off contenders to automatic promotion, and that is always going to cost that bit more. Especially once clubs know you have money. Again, if we pay £3m up front and have to pay another £2+ when we get promoted, no one is going to care come the Premiership party.

Thats the sort of deal I reckon it is. If it is it is not paying overs.
