Shameful, thought the bell had sounded to end the round and he might have been stopped in the 12th but the referee was shocking. Rico very humble in defeat having been robbed

Instead we have a winning boxer thanking 'his excellency' for a chance to lose a highly profitable fight that he was destined to lose whilst another stooge grandstands in the ring.

Catterall was so good absolute masterclass.  Sheeraz continues to be a monster.

 

Main scrap was really good. Shame the ref murdered it.

Had it 5-5 like the two judges and the 11th would've been 10-8, so even if the ref had let the fight go on, Rico would've needed a KO to win. I think too many people are influenced by the commentators and ring scorer, who had it 8-2 to Rico. It was a close fight but Rico was never running away with, like the DZN team made out.

Love my boxing but cannot stand that ref, Lyson.

 

I've seen him ref fights where he's made it all about him and last night's disaster was shameful from him...yet again.

 

As soon as I see him as being the ref of a fight I know something controversial is gonna happen.
