Craig Posted 22 July 2011 Posted 22 July 2011 Having visited there earlier this year it shocks me quite a lot. Norway seems such a laid back, peaceful country, probably one of the last places I'd have expected something like this.

I think it's just strong rumours that his fiancé picked up when she was evacuated after the first explosion considering they didn't get them out but put them in the basement of a building The police have searched the R4 and S buildings and said it was likely there was more than one bomb.

davieG Posted 22 July 2011 Posted 22 July 2011 Latest from Val things seem to have calmed down now, the street is still closed off but the sirens are seldom; managed to fall asleep in the middle of everything and have just cooked bangers and mash for xxxxx and xxxxxxxx - it's just like during the blitz, don't you know. many thanks for all the thoughts, calls and messages - can't wait to escape to the safety of east london tomorrow

Besides, the Mohammed caricatures were published in a Danish newspaper.

Government offices followed by a shooting at a youth camp doesnt usually fit it what they do. I'd be going with some sort of lone nutter at the minute, said the guy arrested went across the ferry dressed as a copper.

I'll go by a rule of thumb - if Finners hasn't said something in a thread then I always go with agreeing with you as a default option
