EnderbyFox Posted 30 April 2012 Posted 30 April 2012 George Boyd, Paul Taylor, Grant McCan all made available for transfer by Posh
purpleronnie Posted 30 April 2012 Posted 30 April 2012 I think Cardiff will be going up Cardiff v swansea in the premiership. Tastey.
StanSP Posted 30 April 2012 Posted 30 April 2012 I'd rather not have any of the Peterborough players. Far better and realistic targets out there, even without throwing money at the club/player.
RedHux Posted 30 April 2012 Posted 30 April 2012 We had Boyd for a while but he was more of a David Pleat signing then a Billy signing so whilst he did look promising whenever he did play he rarely started and Billy did all he could not to play him. He's got no pace whatsoever but does have decent positional sense, and a good creative footballing brain.

This. I remember how they shafted us last year on the Craig Mackail Smith deal, to the detriment of both us and the player.
Jaspa Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 David James has left the dark side of Bristol Not retired tho
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 George Boyd has been released. Sign him up! No he ahsnt. And no hope we dont go after him, he isnt good enough.
Fox92 Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 No he ahsnt. And no hope we dont go after him, he isnt good enough. Thought he has left the club as well? Seen him many times, live and on TV, and I think he is technical. Not fast, but a fast brain. Scores a few as well. I'd take him for free.

ScouseFox Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 He's better than Gallagher though, in my opinion anyway. Gonna disagree but each to their own. Just thought it was interesting how you seem to lambaste Gallagher every time he wears the shirt, yet he easily has all those qualities. Boyd I could take or leave, seems a bit of a pointless signing I reckon.

I only mentioned Boyd for that hole role, just incase.
ScouseFox Posted 2 May 2012 Posted 2 May 2012 No idea how true this is but I've seen it quoted by a few people on Twitter: The average wage of a West Ham player is more than Newcastle, Leverkusen, Ath. Bilbao & Napoli. Amazing if true.
Libertine Posted 2 May 2012 Posted 2 May 2012 Apparently we're back to 7 subs on the bench from next year. Good news.
Fox92 Posted 2 May 2012 Posted 2 May 2012 Apparently we're back to 7 subs on the bench from next year. Good news. Yeah, good news. On the other hand,
KFS Posted 2 May 2012 Posted 2 May 2012 Really hope WHU get slapped up in Cardiff tomorrow.. One can dream!!
Raw Dykes Posted 2 May 2012 Posted 2 May 2012 Really hope WHU get slapped up in Cardiff tomorrow.. One can dream!! Wet Spam are better than Cardiff, so I hope they go through. Surely, it's better for us if the best club in the playoffs get out of the division for next season. Cardiff are a horrible club, anyway.
Libertine Posted 2 May 2012 Posted 2 May 2012 Yeah, good news. On the other hand, Apparently Derek McInnes said it in his programme notes in their last game.
KFS Posted 3 May 2012 Posted 3 May 2012 That would be ideal. West Ham are royally fvcked if they don't go up, and living on top of a claret and blue breeding ground, I wish the very worst on them.
Jaspa Posted 3 May 2012 Posted 3 May 2012 Cardiff vs West Ham tonight lads I know West Ham are faves but I can see Cardiff doin it
Fox92 Posted 3 May 2012 Posted 3 May 2012 I like West Ham. They have produced so many good players for the game, their academy is fanastic... Don't understand why people put 'Wet Spam', so stupid. Rekon they will get a result at Cardiff tonight. I'll watch all the play off games, but I'm not too bothered because I haven't got anything against all the teams.
