That's what I thought too, it's only because I looked that up about 15 minutes ago in confusion at the commentators banging on about the 8 point lead
davieG Posted 1 October 2011 Posted 1 October 2011 The scoring for league positions is like the game itself far too complicated and puts off the casual viewer. I'm interested in Rugby but am totally confused by the rules and how they are interpreted it seems like a lottery.

A massive effort from Scotland, never have they or will they be able to put in a performance like that again, and they still lost. Not only that but England were awful too. It's a scummier thing to do he's normally capable of - and I thought he couldn't be more of a scum-bag, I thought he'd already hit the lowest rung. Edit: I think I'm right in saying we aren't out yet - if Georgia beat Argentina and the argies don't pick up any bonus points then scotland go through by a point. 2nd Edit: Just seen the France score:
