"I'm not posting again because somebody questioned me/didn't take me seriously!". Fair enough but it must be a bit of a kick in the teeth when you've put in a bit of time to find something out and post it with the best intentions to get shot down for you efforts.

He just scours the internet (Twitter in particular) probably whilst listening to Radio Leicester trying to pick up any snippets of information. I'm not having a dig at the lad by the way. These days it's the world and his wife, and hardly any of it has any substance to it. It used to be interesting but after this summer I couldn't care less when I find out about stuff.

Yet A season playing in a class, confident team as preperation is much better than sliding straight into a Prem setup with no connexions, no experience and top class competition. This is the place for him to take it to the next level, he will be Premiership player next year, if he comes and shows his colours. Jus Fkin do it soon! We have other deals to complete

I agree to a point.... But this summer has been unusual in so much as we have Sven, and millions to spend. It wont always be like this.

CMS we messed about, Long we took to long to jump on the bandwagon and for some reason we take 3 weeks to prepare a bid for our number1 target. But yet when it came to Mills we just signed him.

Erm, read the post slowly and carefully. What I stated was fact, not criticism. I happen to appreciate his 'info' as I certainly couldn't be arsed to trawl the net for news as he does.

Are you saying we don't really stand a chance of signing him if we leave it til the last minute? Or do you mean we should wait until the last day, because otherwise we wouldn't stand a chance? It all depends on whether any serious offers come in from the PL. If there aren't any, then I think it would be pretty likely that we'd get him, considering Brizzle would know they'd be throwing about £6m down the drain if they keep him and he leaves on a free next summer. Brizzle might want to wait as long as possible before the transfer window shuts for an offer from a PL club, but they'll also want some time to use the money on strengthening their squad, so it's not out of the question that something happens in the next few days.

Oh! so THATS why he hasnt signed.... we have no clue how to complete a transfer.... the other 11 contracts happened by accident. From an explosion in a printing factory... could it not be that the selling team have a part to play in this? That other teams KNOW we have money and are asking unreasonably high fees ? I mean... just an idea like...

I doubt the club would put all their efforts into one target, risking going home with nothing. I'm sure there's a plan B and a plan C.
