I'm going for this, but i'm sure Sven will again make 5 or 6 changes and stick with a formation which can't work with the players we have.

so you've gone for 4-4-2 when we only have 1 winger at the club in Dyer, and he's all pace, no product. I.e. useless at this level.

Not particularly happy with it, but as we have no wingers in the team, it feels a bit futile messing around trying to find width. Have Nugent and Vassell/Shlupp pulling wide and finding the space in the channels/dragging defenders wide. Abe's got the engine on him to play as right wing-back. Move SSL to left-sided centre back (seeing as he's left-footed).

if Johnson is fit, i would play him.

Is Vassel back from his suspension. Because 3 game ban. Means Reading, Bristol and Forest doesn't it or did the league cup count as a game? We have really missed him and need him back

been saying it since last season, when i was told "no-one plays 4 4 2 any more", but we need two central strikers. fact. i don't care if its 442, 352,622, even an 82 - i DEMAND two strikers.

There's no chance of this happening. We're as bad if not worse then you lot atm. In three league games we've had 2 shots on target and one header against what can hardly be called stellar opposition.

Annoyingly I'm in Wales for this game and relying on txt updates. :(

Lets stick Howard in and see what he can do. The last two matches we have been SCARED to pass the ball in a forwards direction, you would think we were playing rugby so lets play a bit of hoofball, give Nugent a bit of support and give Forest scum a real game. COME ON LEICESTER! And also two wingers with pace, Dyer on the LEFT because he is LEFT footed and Vassell on the RIGHT because he is RIGHT footed to give us some width (Sven :frusty::frusty: )

I know Abe isn't a right back, but apparently he played very well there, and Peltier was invisible last night. Not too impressed by Gallagher either but we don't have anyone else to play right mid and need a dead ball specialist in the team.

451 - Nugent can play right wing, Abe takes the holding role, Howard can do a job as the target man holding up the ball to bring off the bench, Vassel goodish movement on and off the ball, Johnson or Danns depending on fitness. Fernandes dropped for a local derby to practice timing his tackles.

how can we play 4.4.2 when we only have half a winger

the only formation that fits our squad is 3.5.2/5.3.2 with wingbacks.

Sven just play the players in the correct positions.
