ithuriel Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 2-2 draw, just got that feeling it will be southampton again but we will not have that third goal.
Bausor Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 4-4-2 Please kasper paintsill bamba mills konch fernades - holding king wellen danns - at the top of the diamond beckford vassell / sculup Im going for a 3-1 Leicester or a 4-2 Leicester, A Good solid perfomance and all 3 points, i can see us winning this one well.
hornyhollthefox123 Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 Schmeichel Peltier Mills Bamba Konchesky Abe/Wellens Danns Fernandes King Beckford Vassell Pantsil has been slightly out of form defensively. With Noone and LuaLua on each wing swapping over I'd rather see Pelts play who'll be hungry to play and seems more solid defensively. 2-0 leicester
GianEmmo Zola Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 Schmichael Paintsil Konchesky Mills Bamba Fernandes Wellens Abe King Beckford Vassell Weale St Ledger Danns Johnson Dyer
Bugg Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 We seem to beat teams who try to play football as well. Brighton play some nice passing football so I think maybe we can expose them.
absolutelegend Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 If St Ledger is fit I would play him ahead of Mills
Happy Fox Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 We seem to beat teams who try to play football as well. Brighton play some nice passing football so I think maybe we can expose them. I have a feeling if we are not up to it ( i.e don't start from the traps with energy and purpose) we could have a repeat like last season at home to Norwich.
DanTheFox07 Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 If St Ledger is fit I would play him ahead of Mills NO!
MikeyT Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 According to their forums they have sold over 1800 tickets and look likely to bring over 2000. Hopefully we will stick with our 442 diamond and win this with what looks as if it will be an open flowing game as Brighton certainly won't come here for anything less than a win. Schmeichal Pantsil Mills Bamba Konchesky Wellens Danns Fernandes King Beckford Vassell Although neither Pantsil, Konchesky or Mills hardly warrant a starting place I still believe we should keep the same back 4 purely for stability and consistency. Going for a 2-1 win. Beckford and King I'd like to see Peltier in for Pantsil, but otherwise, that's the same time for me too.
Happy Fox Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 I'd like to see Peltier in for Pantsil, but otherwise, that's the same time for me too. I would like to see Bamba in a holding midfield role, instead of Wellens and put St Ledger at the back with Mills
Guest BlueBrett Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 Got a feeling I'm going to wish we'd signed CMS even more after this one. Could be a cracking game. I'll predict a 3-3 draw or, if its a nice sunny day, a 4-2 win for us.
GianEmmo Zola Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 3-1 city King, Vassell, Johnson of the bench for the 3rd Cms for brighton
Number 6 Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 Will definitely be lumping on CMS anytime scorer.
Corky Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 We know the game has to be raised so I'm confident we'll get something out of it.
Callabinho Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 Norwich all over again for me, unless we drastically improve can't see us getting a win, possibly a draw. I'd say the same team that started against Southampton with the addition of King and Beckford. 1-3 CMS with at least one of the goals, Beckford for us.
LcFc_Smiv Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 If they go all out free flowing, attacking football I recon we could walk away with a win, however I think Poyet is a better manager than that. For me Brighton will look to sit back and make us break them down hitting us on the counter, with Sven having no plan B this could be another frustrating game with fans turning on the players and manager. I just hope we bring our game up to another level, show the new boys and the rest of the league we're no pushovers and that our season really starts now with a 2-0 win and I have a feeling we'll go down to 10 men.
alli Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 Well if its anything like the past games ,home and away, with the manager and bench staff, and the money hes thrown away so far ,im affraid were up the shoot again ,we wont do any good now until svens gone ,i mean ,is he really bothered, dont look like it to loads of fans now.
danny. Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 quite looking fwd to saturday, but think we will struggle
Tielemans63 Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 Howard up front with Becks is worth a try IMHO. Even if we only get 45 mins out of SH he could be the man to give Beckford some room to do his thang.
LCFC FOX Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 Kasper Peltier Mills Bamba / St Ledger Konchesky Wellens Fernandes King Danns Beckford Schlupp subs: Weale St Ledger / Bamba Abe Dyer Vassel
He's not bald Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 We'll win Saturday, well overdue due a decent performance and a reality check for them cocky seagulls!
Karljohn Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 Think we could do with some pace so time for Lloyd. Im confident this could kickstart our season and I am going for a 3-1 win, some tough awaydays coming up so time to show ourselves and pick up some much needed wins.
dannythefox Posted 14 September 2011 Posted 14 September 2011 There can only be one outcome to this game which is us winning or were going to be chasing the leaders all season. Another shit start is not an option.
