SOCCERROO FOX Posted 24 October 2011 Posted 24 October 2011 Blind for sure Let's face it, IF he's made a racist comment QPR and/or Ferdinand would have made a complaint by now. It's very hard to believe considering Terry is in a team with many people of a different race, as well as in the England camp. Hasn't stopped people in the past tho has it
Guest MattP Posted 24 October 2011 Posted 24 October 2011 Blind. People are obsessed with actually trying to make out people as racists these days.
Guest Bilo Posted 24 October 2011 Posted 24 October 2011 Blind. John Terry might be many things, few of them good, but there's no evidence whatsoever he's a racist.
Heskey2011 Posted 24 October 2011 Posted 24 October 2011 Think people are hoping he says black to give them another reason to abuse John Terry. would love another reason to hate terry but no he did say blind.

In fact where does it try to claim what he said? All it does is report Terry's statement that we all read yesterday on Sky Sports.
Houdini Logic Posted 24 October 2011 Posted 24 October 2011 Looked like 'nail your mum, girlfriend and dog' to me

He says in the paper (which may be different to the online article) 'i responded aggressively saying that I never used that term' Which to me means he probably said 'i did not call you black' or something along those lines

Surely 'deaf' would be more fitting? Looks like its a nothing story afterallthough the videos have been removed. Due to it being recorded off the tv I think though
stix Posted 24 October 2011 Posted 24 October 2011 Surely 'deaf' would be more fitting? Looks like its a nothing story afterallthough the videos have been removed. Due to it being recorded off the tv I think though Deaf would indeed be more fitting but this is John Terry we are talking about here!!
Haydos Posted 25 October 2011 Posted 25 October 2011 http://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-2052843/John-Terry-racism-row-Anton-Ferdinand-game.html "So, Mr Evra and Mr Ferdinand, I know you feel insulted. But perhaps in this case you could just put up with it and get on with the game." <_<
AyewJoking Posted 26 October 2011 Posted 26 October 2011 Is Ferdinand accusing him or is it just some lip reader stirring shit. If so, why doesnt Ferdinand come forward?

Head Honcho Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 Caught on camera allegedly calling anton Ferdinand a fukin black cnut. Never have liked the bloke Oh! There you go. Guilty! Hung drawn and quartered it is then! Quote in today's Sun TV footage appears to show the Blues defender calling his opponent a ******* black ****. Can anybody show me this footage? All I can find are a few still shots and a video of Anton giving it the elbow.
Guest ttfn Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 Terry's admitted to using the phrase now, but only in the context of "did you think I called you a..."... I hope nobody on here is planning on applying for a job as a lip reader!
Nick Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 Terry's admitted to using the phrase now, but only in the context of "did you think I called you a..."... I hope nobody on here is planning on applying for a job as a lip reader! I don't see why anybody would doubt JT, he's always been an honourable stand up guy..... oh no, wait..........
leicesterseddon Posted 1 November 2011 Posted 1 November 2011 http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/15528032.stm So the title of the article is 'Anton Ferdinand gives race-row statement to FA'. And then three lines in, we get this: 'Ferdinand said he has "very strong" feelings on the matter, but will not elaborate until a "thorough" FA inquiry has been concluded. He said he will not make any further comment in the "interests of fairness"'. I mean, what the **** is going on here? Surely his tesimony is crucial to any 'investigation' anyway? And surely if he genuinely believed that he'd been racially abused in his place of work (which is what this is about, essentially) what would be wrong with him making a statement? And how long does it take to investigate whether Terry said 'black' ?
m00nie Posted 1 November 2011 Posted 1 November 2011 Terry's admitted to using the phrase now, but only in the context of "did you think I called you a..."... I hope nobody on here is planning on applying for a job as a lip reader! i think this has made him look more guilty. the debate was teh word black or blind. no where in it did anyone see him or wonder if he said "did you think i called" and surely if he was saying "did you think" then anton would have been quizzing him in saying "oi wtf did you just say" etc..
AjcW Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 Police file handed to prosecutors. They will now decide whether there is enough evidence to prosecute.
Fox92 Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 This is just dragging on for so long now, in my opinion. Do you really think he said something racist? I don't. And how long does it take to find out? I bet John Terry and Anton Ferdinand are good mates as well, or at least know each other. They must have come through West Ham's academy at around the same time.
I am Rod Hull Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 It did look like he said "blind". Half his team mates are black, i doubt very much he`d have said what they think he did...
Ashley Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 Did Anton Ferdinand come out the day after and say Terry never said anything racist or did I just dream this? . Swear it was on sky sports news?
