My dad is friends with Mike the goalkeeping coach, we get free tickets to some games and all that off him, been round his house a few times aswell.

Anyway, the reason i'm saying this is because I have some information, according to Mike we have interviewed or are going to interview Mark Hughes, Dave Jones and Nigel Pearson.

He didn't mention Lee Clark but tbh I never asked, he was talking to my dad and I didn't stay for very long!

I can assure you this is 100% true, i'm not posting this to be the new Bert or Knowitall or anything like that. I read soooo many posts like this which more often than not turn out to be full of lies, but I PROMISE you that this is reliable information.

Like i said, I'm not trying to be the new Bert or Knowitall, I hardly ever get any information that's worth sharing tbh, but I thought this was :)

I find myself quite warming to the idea of a manager returning. Can't recall this ever having happened before with Leicester ... ???????? He would get a stunning reception from the crowd, given the circumstances of his departure. Hmmm .... need to think about that. Would be a seriously brave call from the owners.

Surely if we interview Pearson then he has got the job?

Otherwise we would be ruining his career at Hull if it was known he had looked elsewhere.

I would be as chuffed for Pearson to come back and O'Neill I reckon. He has lots of unfinished business with the club.

Don't think it will happen though.

i thought nigel was meant to be one of these man of honour etc. if we was going to speak to him we would need to talk to his current club, (who in effect if they gave us permition would be like what he claims happeeed before, they agreed to let him talk) so we would have heard...

hopefully this rules him out as being legit.. really dont want him back myself...

Surely if Hughes wants the job it's his?? Assuming those 3 are the only ones they are interviewing? And you'd hope so, this has dragged on far too long already (puts on tin helmet in readiness for usual suspects with their 'FFS' and other such utterings :whistle: )

Got to be Nigel Pearson for me. Looks like MON is a definite no go - Pearson all the way for me. He did a great job when he was first here.

I just can't see Pearson coming back, he's starting to build something at Hull.

He clearly didn't want to leave, but I do agree that it would really be odd to up sticks again.
