The spokeswoman for the authority said "Thanks to a military-style Halloween prank done undercover of darkness last night, there’s now a mass gathering of wheelie bins at Unigarth in Sandwick. We've had calls coming in to the Police and the Council from worried folk wondering where their bin has gone, so if the persons responsible could put them back where they found them that would be much appreciated" "A number of livestock trailers went walkabout last night and some of them ended up parked at the Tankerness hall. If you're missing a trailer then you could have a look there or contact the police to see if they've had a report of it turning up anywhere else."

Painful. I know loads of people my age, early 20s, that still get dressed up. Don't get it at all, it doesn't interest or attract me. I don't get why the whole concept of Halloween is celebrated either. "Happy Halloween" etc. It's not Christmas.
