I thought he looked good when he played against us in the Cup for Dagenham a few seasons back. However, there must have been a good reason Portsmouth let him go, bearing in mind that a free youth team player would have been perfect for a team without a pot to p*ss in.

I'd never heard of Davies and Cleverley and wasn't sure they would be up to much. So I'll leave it to the more qualified people. this....spot on...
Swalker Posted 21 December 2011 Posted 21 December 2011 Wittingham and Kebe would be good wingers But to be honest we have the money and I know it would take alot of money but try and persuade Grant Holt to come (would require him to not be starting at Norwich which he is at the minute) and try and get Pederson from blackburn and just play him in midfield (he's natural position)

OR erm Leicester who don't have a clue atm. Why the fvck would he come here. Or do we spend Jan chasing players that will never come here. To join two already proven championship goalscorers 3 up front? We need midfielders and wingers, fresh exciting attackers who can create chances for our 2 quality strikers we already have up front.

Or Kevin Davies a very young 34 yo (currently out of the Bolton team, and they might just be looking to cash in on him) Both could make a massive impact for us in the championship THIS season, with two good quality wingers of course...

Didn't struggle at forest 6 goals in 10 games. Also why should we be bothered that he played for Forest, Konchesky has also played for them.
