Heres a few more positives;

Forest Lost again

Forest are still in relegation

Forest haven't scored in 6 league games.

lol

Forest could be top, I wouldn't give a flying **** aslong as we were second and doing well.

Forest doing poorly is no 'positive' to us, it doesn't make us any better.

You're entitled to your own opinion, but i for one, feel a lot better knowing that we are still achieving better than our local rivals

Gallagher on RL - "the penalty save gave us a lift"

Kasper clawed it out on 40 seconds, you need a foooking lift after 40 seconds?

Cannot recall a Leicester side that looks so disjointed and unbalanced, MIlls is an absolute fooking joke of a captain. We would be lucky to pick up 2m for him and Beckford in January,

Says it all when our best player is our keeper.

This was not the worst performance of the season and Ipswich are a very good side from what I saw today. Another day it could've been different - either way.

Conclusions.

lol Please tell me your taking the piss?!

Not even too down, for once I actually went into one of these games knowing we'd draw, never have been more confident of a 1-1 than before today.

The usual. I'm just sick of the same problems, every game. The midfield - woeful, Abe was good but the other three poor, Dyer hardly touched it, Wellens wasn't awful but still a shadow of his former self, Gallagher didn't do too badly.

Nugent, tries hard but he's isolated. I've had enough of Beckford, it's fvcking embarrassing now, beyond it, I knew he'd be shit and I doubt he'll turn it round, Schlupp has got to start Saturday.

Overall, a shit game, a shit ref, a big crowd let down by the football = poor, more negative atmosphere. I'm just sick to death of it, 12:15 Saturday, I don't know if I can even be fvcked. Another nailed on 1-1.

Some "lift", when we were a goal down 2 minutes later!

Personally thought their penalty was a great challenge from Konchesky and summed up our season really.

If that tackle from Sonko had been a Leicester player we'd have been down to 10, how was it not a red?

Our penalty was laughable really. Awful decision. And must just be me that thought Abe was absolute shit.

Have to agree on Saturday, dunno if I can be bothered, shelled out for 4 season tickets, mine, my dads, niece and nephew and the club have banked nearly a grand from me nice and early, then I walk in and find 4 tickets for Pompey for £20. The atmosphere is god damn awful, and the football no better, struggling to justify the outlay now as the whole "matchday experience" is quite frankly dull. I dont mind us drawing with Ipswich, I would just ike to see some effort, some decent play, some passion and for one or two to take a little gamble for once but its like a Coldplay gig, predictable, safe, in an arena with no mosh pit!

I felt the same today and actually left early, which I rarely do...

I was simply bored... Our football has become simply boring..

Mills wins everything in the air then hoofs the fookin ball into touch.. It's like he's playing Rugby Union..

Gally had some free kicks in fantastic positions today and did not make the keeper make a save with any...

Beckford did not have a shot all game and hardly touched the ball first half.... Anyone who is still suggesting that he needs time to 'settle in'.. Well how long?

Wellens, I thought was actually better today, but is just not quick enough anymore

It's all so predictable and dour....

How this squad needs an injection of freshness and a fookin shake up...

Cos today, in front of a crowd of 27,00 people, apart from an explosive first ten minutes it was BORING...

So the ref was wrong to give the penalty? Was a spot on shout infront of the ref he knocked the ball down with his hand.

I would say so yes. Wellens smashed the ball at him from about a yard away so there's not a lot the defender could do.

I don't really care if the football is BORING we need results but I get your point is this down to NP's tactics? or the fact that none of our central midfield can skip past a player ala Bamba and be that creative spark, we know we need wingers but that creative sparkle in midfield is what we are dying for, a striker is what we need also. So many problems at the moment :(

Just got in after walking around and then home (4 miles) before I post this, in order to tone it down, not looked at what anyone has posted or the player ratings because I'm not interested...that was without a doubt appalling from start to finish...the loudest cheer from me was when Pearson finally got the message and hauled that complete waste of space Beckford off the pitch, he's a bloody joke and the sooner he fecks off the better! We were shite in a shite game against shite opposition and I'm beginning to think the only reason Pearson is back is because we'll need him to get us up out of league 1 again next season, like I said at the start I haven't read any posts yet but I really hope there isn't anyone defending that excuse for a team this afternoon because if there is you really are deluded idiots!

Just not good enough. What a waste of a day. Dont know if ill bother turning up next saturday. Drop wellens for gods sake and where the **** is fernandes. johnson, danns any one could have done a better job. just not good enough.

We make me sad. The team, manager, fans, just really sad. I give up. We're so bad and you're all so stupid. That's all really.

We were poor all over the pitch. It's pointless trying to pick out individuals for criticism, we just couldn't play as a team.

I also couldn't work out what the team attacking strategy was - there just didn't seem to be one.

It has got a draw written all over it.

Hopefully it'll be 3-3 or something like that, to make getting up at 7am slightly worthwhile.

By the way, anyone blaming Beckford is a cvnt. What the fvck is he meant to do when his only service is Kasper's goal kicks?! I'd be well off if I was him. Too good for us and everyone thinks he's a twat because he doesn't run round cluelessly.

Pretty pissed off today after how the game today went.

The defending for the first 15 minutes or so was just catastrophic. For the rest of the game we defended solidly, but I can't believe how slow we came out of the traps. Not sure what happened for their goal, Bamba usually leaves nothing but letting the ball bounce around 7 yards out is just schoolboy stuff. I presume he thought Kasper was coming, as I can't see why he left it.

The midfield again was rubbish. I don't think Wellens was as bad as he was last week, when he was shite, he was just anonymous today, particularly the first half. The game just seemed to pass him by, and if we can get a creative midfielder in in January, loan or permanent, then I would stick him in and never look back. Abe was decent if unspectacular, did his job well but little else. I'd prefer Fernandes there instead personally, as Fernandes provides more support going forward and has a brilliant engine. Dyer was crap, you could probably count the amount of touches he had on two hands. Gally was good, decent corners, some fantastic crosses, provided width when on the right and buried his penalty as usual. Overall as a unit though it didn't work, and a winger and a creative midfielder are an absolute must. Wellens has been poor for weeks (nowhere near as bad as some people have made out, but unfortunately he's become a scapegoat for far too many people) and Dyer wouldn't be anywhere near the first team if we had another decent winger.

Beckford had a mare today, an absolute mare. God knows how BBC Radio Leicester were saying that he had a great second half, all I saw was a guy who put in little effort, has a shocking first touch and wasn't willing to challenge for ANYTHING in the air. As Young rightly said on the radio, if you're not going to win the ball in the air, then at least make it difficult for the defender. Beckford just decided it wasn't worth it and backed out of every challenge, both in the air and on the ground. I would've brought Schlupp on around the 60 minute mark, if Beckford is playing as badly as he was today then Schlupp should be given a go. Nigel made the attacking subs too late in my opinion, but it was nice when Howard came on that the first thing he did was win the header. Was probably the first time we won a header all game. Nugent worked hard but got little reward, and needs a better partner. A target man would be fantastic. You'd never know Beckford was 6ft 2 when watching him play. The strike force got service today, Gallagher and Peltier put in some brilliant crosses but there was no one to get in the end of them. A couple stand out as going right across the corridor of uncertainty, begging to be tapped in. Where were Beckford and Nugent?

Gally's comments on RL are getting unneccessary criticism. Teams do tend to get a boost when the opposition miss a penalty, regardless of when in the match it is. It's good that we came back from such a shocking start to get a point, but still it's not good enough. We lost the majority of 50/50s, we lost the aerial battle in our attack and midfield and need to be looking to control games such as this. I still believe we can get play-offs though.

Can't wait for January now. I won't judge Pearson yet, he's taken over a very unbalanced squad and needs time to make it right.
