Fox92 Posted 10 February 2012 Posted 10 February 2012 Can anyone reccomend me a couple of decent wingers within a budget of £5million, I usually sign Gregory Nelson for dirt cheap but Leicester nicked him off me James Forrest. I signed him for a million from Swansea (Celtic player in real life) and he is good. Very fast, creative, beats players and plays on both sides. I would reccomend him, but, I am not sure if he would join a Championship team? Why buy Loach when you have Kasper? Because he is better than Logan and Weale?

Now im managing Leyton Orient who were unfortunately relegated to League 2. Signed Robbie Neilson, Izzy Iriekpen, Jason Bamford on loan and a few other freebies. Gotta keep hold of Dean Cox though.

Even fiddling a bit with the budget £3mil at the start of the game seems about right. Obviously £1,9mil is excellent business, but that's probably an extraordinary case.

Still a bit of a waste though. Kasper is more than good enough for Championship and 1st Prem season. In the unlikely event that Kasper gets injured for the season then it's a decent move but otherwise you've just got 2 goalkeepers who expect to play

Beat Peterborough 3-0, then just suddenly lost 5-0 at Hull. Quite irritating to be honest. Best XI: Kasper, Konch, Mills, Bamba, Johansson, Wellens, Johnson, Fernandes, Law, Beckford, Whittingham

Anyway, my little brother is now of the age where football manager is a rite of passage and i'm thinking of buying it for his bday. How easy is the game to install (hearing you have install steam and that all malarkky) and play with no previous experience of the game? He is the kinda lad who wont stick out a game if he cant do it pretty much straight away. The game is a good price, however, I don't want to be spending all afternoon installing it, only for him to give it up after an hour!

I think that sums it up pretty well, Id say get him to play 2011/2012 demo to see if he likes it first, sometimes can be very frustrating when not doing well, often end up hitting my laptop or throwing things.
