Salieri Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Superb performance, made to look even better due to Forest being absolutely ****ing dire. Now please, for Christs sake, let's take the same line up into the next match and transfer that level of hunger, desire and quality into the league.
Salieri Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 I wonder if SSL still wants to leave? Was just thinking that. Thought he looked solid tonight, hope he stays.
Milton Keynes Fox Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Clean Sheet Beckford Hatrick St ledger looked solid Wellens and Danns looked creative Have a great feeling that we can get a bit of confidence into us and get a cup run going and storm into the play offs
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Played well but Forest are shite, worse than I thought. Shame it wasnt 5/6, we hardly ever get more than 4.
wattolcfc Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Danns was immense. If Forest don't go down, i'd be amazed.
Happy Fox Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 F**king fantastic, so nice to beat the scum. PS to those Forest fans on our row I hope you die you t**ts.
somebum Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Not seen a performance like that since we beat Derby 2-0 away. What impressed me was the desire shown by all players. They chased everything and did not relent to show attacking intent. Stand out performances from Beckford who played magnificently, Dyer who was very positive, Danns who was like Anderson but good, Nugent who shown his class and the rest of the lads were awesome. No Sol Bamba = steady defense.
HEGGSY Posted 17 January 2012 Author Posted 17 January 2012 F**king fantastic, so nice to beat the scum. PS to those Forest fans on our row I hope you die you t**ts. were Forest fans in our end then?
Ric Flair Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 St Ledger's calming influence and nigh on 100% pass rate tonight was a big difference too. Forest were garbage but SSL looked the business and helped build many attacks through to the midfield. Beckford was devastating. Game on mutha ****as.
lcfcadam Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 We'll do them 4-0. You, my friend, are going to make more ****ing pre-match predictions in future!
Happy Fox Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 were Forest fans in our end then? 2 fans on row GG in block J3 stood next to us they were motionless when we scored and didn't join in any chants.
Salieri Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 2 fans on row GG in block J3 stood next to us they were motionless when we scored and didn't join in any chants. Riiiiiight....and you hope they die, why?
ibbosuk Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Very encouraging performance by city, Forest were very poor though. Pleased for Beckford, but is this just a one off performance? we need the same again from everyone against Southampton on Monday nights TV game.
Charl91 Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Not seen a performance like that since we beat Derby 2-0 away. What impressed me was the desire shown by all players. No Sol Bamba = steady defense. To be fair, I think you have to blame Forest for their inability to not score, not bamba!
undey Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Even after that convincing win, still 2 things that need to be addressed: 1. Gallagher cannot beat the first man on a corner EVER! Please let danns or someone else take corners. 2. Mills needs to stop playing long balls to no-one.
Happy Fox Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Riiiiiight....and you hope they die, why? Because they were f**king daft shouldn't of been in our end their was plenty of space in the away end simples
lcfcadam Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Because they were f**king daft shouldn't of been in our end their was plenty of space in the away end simples Unless they acted like twats towards the home fans then there shouldn't be an issue, regardless of how much space was in the away end. They might have been with Leicester-supporting friends?

They might have been with Leicester-supporting friends? I doubt it, it was pretty obvious they were Forest scum they left 10 minutes before the end and were shaking their heads when one of the Forest players skied the ball over the bar.
Narborough_fox Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 I doubt it, it was pretty obvious they were Forest scum they left 10 minutes before the end and were shaking their heads when one of the Forest players skied the ball over the bar. This is the case with some clubs but if they had an LE post-code and hadn't been to any games for a while they wouldn't of been able to buy tickets hence why they went in the home end.
EnderbyFox Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Why can't we do that in the leauge? Wellens and Danns were both immense in the centre, controlled the game Beckford was clinical, sharp and smart with his runs, we finally see what we payed for! Really hope SSL stays, he was a rock tonight. Think he may want to stay as he did a lap with Danns at the end clapping the fans? Didn't appear to be a man that wants out Its also pleasing to see how awful Forest are, if they avoid relegation then Cotteril has performed nothing short of a miricle Spanked both Derby and Forest 4-0 at home, come on!!
Yojoe36 Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Forest looked like utter dog shite. Say bye bye
MrSpaM Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 I couldnt believe their fans were singing "Sacked in the morning". Never heard anything like it
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 After that performance I can safetly say that Pearson gave them a bollocking after Barnsley and that was what they needed! Brilliant performance, but Forest were really really poor! Lets do the same against Southampton and you never know, we could get all 3 points
