dannythefox Posted 6 February 2012 Posted 6 February 2012 We wont win the appeal and we've lost now so lets just look forward to next season. This season I cant remember getting any luck or much going our way hopefully things will change soon.
_Fatboyslow_ Posted 6 February 2012 Posted 6 February 2012 Beckford must be the only player to be sent off for kicking a player in the head and missing ! ! ! It could only happen to us. I would put my money on the FA deciding that there was intent which reminds me any news on the villa lad who went off?

Wherethefoxhat? Posted 6 February 2012 Posted 6 February 2012 Konchesky vs Swindon lucky not to be sent off as example #1. Not that old chestnut !!!
yorkie1999 Posted 6 February 2012 Posted 6 February 2012 Beckford should learn from this. Next time he tries to boot someones head off 2 things, don't miss and don't check the player is ok afterwards, because thats appears to be why he's getting sent off.
Guest Col city fan Posted 6 February 2012 Posted 6 February 2012 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpS_7nO76A4&feature=youtu.be Shit quality I know. But you can get the idea. Notice how the Brighton player doesnt even react to getting tapped. He just stands up and walks off... Cheers for that mate That decision is completely and utterly FOOKIN RIDICULOUS!! What are they making the game. become if THAT can be deemed a red card!
Guest Col city fan Posted 6 February 2012 Posted 6 February 2012 Remember what Shearer did to Lennon ???? Now THAT was a kick .......................what happend to Shearer ...........sweet FA (Pardon the pun ) ! I was there at that game... Happened right in front of me when I was sitting in the West Stand Shearer could be a dirty fooker He'd be sent off every other week these days

This season I cant remember getting any luck or much going our way hopefully things will change soon. If this isn't overturned / reduced, Beckford could miss the Norwich game. We've got every chance of going there and getting a result / bringing it back to the KP but losing Beckford would be a massive blow. Especially over that! .

Yep ...he invented leading with the elbows & did it everytime he jumped !!
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 6 February 2012 Posted 6 February 2012 A very poor decision, but these things happen in football.
ScouseFox Posted 6 February 2012 Posted 6 February 2012 Ridiculous. An actual joke. I hate officials. That's not a mistake, that's just pure stupidity.
EnderbyFox Posted 6 February 2012 Posted 6 February 2012 Up there with the worst red card i've ever seen tbh. No contact whatsoever when his foot comes up, otherwise the Brighton player would be rolling around screaming. But he doesnt, he begins to get up. Incompetance of the highest order from the linesman, absolute disgrace.

Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 6 February 2012 Posted 6 February 2012 'This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by the football league limited' How convenient THEY ARE ALL AGAINST US. They even have YouTube in their pockets to get at us. LCFC vs the world!!!! ha
Basingstoke Fox Posted 6 February 2012 Posted 6 February 2012 'This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by the football league limited' How convenient It will be truly outrageous if they don't rescind this red.
Kitchandro Posted 6 February 2012 Posted 6 February 2012 They seriously took down that video? What a joke. They also took down my crowd video of the Derby match after full time, all it was was K block singing, absolutely no footage of the match whatsoever!
davieG Posted 6 February 2012 Posted 6 February 2012 'This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by the football league limited' How convenient Same reason they took all mine down and banned me
Matt Posted 6 February 2012 Posted 6 February 2012 Its only a matter of time before officials become targets and someone 'goes for one' tbh I question if the fan who ran on the pitch when we scored against Middlesborough was running on to go after the ref. That perhaps is abit OTT 'going for a ref' but they wind people up with their inconsistancy, blatently obviously wrong decisions. As for preaching the respect campaign why don't the F.A respect the officials by actually bring in things to help their employees? I have no respect for any official or the F.A themselves. They are ruining the game. As for 'No respect, No referee, No game' with officials like we have i'm not really sure I want a game, they really are pushing fans away and making fans (And probably players and managers) think whats the point.
Larry_LCFC Posted 6 February 2012 Posted 6 February 2012 Theyve deleted my videos? Bastards. There are millions of football videos on youtube. Funny that the fl make a claim against these videos. They know how damaging it is having ****in cheating clowns in charge
marbelladave Posted 6 February 2012 Posted 6 February 2012 The extended highlights on the Brighton website shows all the angles and is still up. The reaction of the Brighton commentators says it all.......
StanSP Posted 6 February 2012 Posted 6 February 2012 The extended highlights on the Brighton website shows all the angles and is still up. The reaction of the Brighton commentators says it all....... Poyet's reaction is quite key, too, if you look further in to it. You won't see many opposition managers interact so politely with Beckford with a handshake and friendly pat on the head. Poyet knew from the start Beckford had been hard done by and that correlates with his comments today in that he doesn't think there was a lot in it and there was no aggression from JB.
Brown Fox Posted 6 February 2012 Posted 6 February 2012 Literally making my blood boil. Cannot believe this shit. And those Brighton commentators are fvcking retards, made me even more angry.
