My mum works for the club (player security or some bull position), after the real Madrid game I went out with her and her colleagues. Her boss who you will see stood next to the tunnel in a orange and blue coat every time were at home on sky told me some interesting stuff. He had a beer or two yes but told me this stuff in 'secret' : 1) LCFC have/are purchasing the Holiday Inn extra and it will become the clubs official hotel. 2) If we get promoted then we would be extending the east stand and the capacity would become 42,500 - 45,000.apparently planning is already approved for this. 3) LCFC are/have plans to build a 20, 000 seater music venue on the site of the electricity plant opposite the KP. Designs have been drawn up that the plant would be situated underground and the stadium on top. This is due to the KP not having the correct structural Blah Blah Blah to host music concerts. 4) as we all know other than the 2 Thai guys there are 4 other owners of Asia football investments who own LCFC (king power do not own the club although most fans think they do as do the media). The main funding behind the club is not the 2 Thaïs but a Malaysian guy (name begins with a b (bhakiou or something) ) who is 'apparently in the top 10 richest people on the planet. don't shoot the messenger! No doubt bugger all to do with it ....Holiday Inn are looking for a new manager, shame as ther previous one was great, you wouldnt mess with her

Planning permission requires an application and a public consultation. The public consultation is public. The mercury would have made it front page news. Exactly

SeCrEt FoX Posted 23 February 2012 Posted 23 February 2012 I heard something from a lad at work who normally gets everything right as he is quite good friends with someone within the club (dont know who) now when he told me i laughed but he said something along the lines of "A relation to the Man city owners are interested in buying LCFC IF they get promoted" now like i said i laughed and thought about sharing it on here but im not convinced so never bothered. He said this just before Sven went but i cant see this happening BUT i thought id share it as you never know.

When Portsmouth get relegated at the end of the season our owners are going to buy them and then use them as a Leicester 'B' team. They want to adopt a rack em and stack em policy with younger players. With the prospect of new financial rules coming into play the owners believe that this business model will be the most succesful on and off the pitch.
