Mills on loan to leeds / whu or who?

So you've decided you'll trust West Ham's judgment of him rather than our own, even though he's played for us as captain all season.

Jesus.

Not quite all season though is it? Just over half a season. For most of which, while not setting the world alight he's been semi decent (and certainly better than most on here give him credit for).

And funnily enough I will trust the opinion of a large club with professional scouts and coaches.

Yeah, Mills must be shit if a team heading back to the prem want him, even if it is just a loan.

At the end of the day, if Mills being in/around the squad is causing more harm than good, then he should be moved on. Has no bearing on whether he is a shit player.

Rather than the fact we're actually loaning him out by choice, because his attitude is bad and he can't even get in the team above Sean St Ledger or Wes Morgan.

Think I'll trust NP.

We've finally won back to back league games and beaten a pretty decent Premier League team in Norwich making it 3 in a row in all comps.

Mills wasn't even in the squad for these matches so I couldn't care less where he goes. And West Ham is probably better destination than a "play-off rival" like Leeds because we're not very likely to catch them are we. Who knows, they'll possibly pay more of his wages as well.

I was expecting headlines like...."Leicester captain looks forward to next season in the premiership" around this time of the year.... it sounds so good..and yet??

West Ham could prob just about afford his ridiculous wages so this is good news.

Get him out as soon as poss and off the wage bill.

If he does well elsewhere then so do many players when they move on.

West ham have a huge squad with 7 quality strikers and they will not need mills

With 7 strikers, they will need Mills for practice!

West Ham would be an excellent move they would pay good wages a better destination than Leeds hope it happens.

certainly hope so too. We won't catch West Ham but we cant afford to strengthen a close rival like Leeds and Mills would certainly strengthen them irrespective of some of the intemperate nonsense being written about him.

Does anybody really care where Mills goes to? It doesn't bother me whether he goes to Leeds, Liverpool, Leyton Orient or the loo, to Portsmouth or to Primark!

He has proved to be a disappointing signing as far as LCFC is concerned and his value to the Club is now best measured by how much his departure to pastures new will reduce the wage bill percentage, currently standing sat approx 95%, rather than the 60% that it should be.

I think this needs to end as soon as possible, if it is Wet Spam, Leeds, or Direby, I don't care either let him make his peace with Pearson, or get him out the door.

It of course could be pure coincidence, and of course could all be undone tonight, but since he has been dropped we haven't conceded a goal, (except a dodgy Penalty to Norwich) we haven't looked like conceding against Derby or Cov, we have won 2 in a row in the league.

Of course you could also argue the same since Marshall has replaced Gally, I do think that having Marshall in, despite not setting the world alight yet, has also helped our shape. We haven't been caught exposed at right back anywhere near as much.

We have been more of a threat from set pieces, and Marshall is a natural winger unlike Gally, so keep the same wingers atm.

Mills definatly hasnt gone anywhere yet, saw him in town yesterday wearing his Leicester training kit so he's still training with the squad

Didn't think it was new topic worthy so found a transfer related thread:

Gregg Wylde has left Rangers today, not accepting a redundancy package to help people at the club. Always looked a decent little prospect whenever I've seen him, apparently in talks with Blackpool and So'ton. I'd take him here.
