dominicmsb Posted 28 April 2012 Share Posted 28 April 2012 Leicester City have enquired about a deal for Manchester United's Robbie Brady, not sure if loan or perm https://twitter.com/...039968911663104 Don't know much about him but he is a Manchester United winger. Ireland Under 21 player of the year 2011. http://en.wikipedia....ki/Robbie_Brady
accessory Posted 28 April 2012 Share Posted 28 April 2012 He's been at Hull on loan all season (as his Wiki entry makes clear) - wasn't particularly impressive when they visited us last month, but obviously the manager will know plenty about him. teblin Posted 28 April 2012 Share Posted 28 April 2012 You need options in case one deal doesn't come off. I guess Stewart is first choice and Brady is back up. Another younger player with potential. Good news.
FrankieADZ Posted 28 April 2012 Share Posted 28 April 2012 be a good signing if we got him. been told by a Hull fan he has a brilliant left foot but tends to have iffy form.

Happy Fox Posted 28 April 2012 Share Posted 28 April 2012 Maybe we are going for both Stewart and Brady? We do need two wingers these two would be ideal for us both young and have potential, have championship experience and you would hope are only going to get better. Callabinho Posted 28 April 2012 Share Posted 28 April 2012 spoke to a United fan, he said Brady is one of the players Fergie will offload for a reasonable amount. Described by him as having all the ability in the world, but has a temper to match. Maybe we are going for both Stewart and Brady? Could be thinking of playing Marshall behind the front two?
Bryn Posted 28 April 2012 Share Posted 28 April 2012 Hasn't actually been any good for Hull for months now.
FrankieADZ Posted 28 April 2012 Share Posted 28 April 2012 hate to say it..but could pearson see him as a replacement for Dyer. still rate Dyer myself...but maybe Pearson is thinking longer term

A lot of people on here don't seem to realise that we actually need a SQUAD.

dog_4 Posted 28 April 2012 Share Posted 28 April 2012 then we'd have brady, stewart, marshall and dyer has wide options. Instead of just Dyer when nigel first came back. Every Sven bummer must love having a manager in charge who builds a squad with one winger and 8 central midfielders.
ScouseFox Posted 28 April 2012 Share Posted 28 April 2012 Did he play against us at home? Both Hull wingers were kept very quiet by Konchesky and Peltier (who, let's not forget is the worst full back in professional football, ever). Other than that I know nothing on either of them. Raw Dykes Posted 29 April 2012 Share Posted 29 April 2012 Agree 100% but kids with bad attitudes ? no thanks I think it depends what kind of bad attitude. I agree that we don't want players who are lazy, or think they're too good for the club or the division, but that's totally different to having a bad temper. For example, while Roy Keane is a bit of a twat (and a shit manager), he was a superb player. I think there's been plenty of good players who were overly aggressive, but not many who were lazy.
