Or have no standards or morals and don't think much to contraception, procreate younger, due to accident or design, so are more fertile. It could also be that the "chav" class is swelling due to the economic situation, Or you are just stuck up and think anybody of lower social standing is a chav, have you been climbing the social ladder recently?
