I've only just got this, hence my serious post below it  Very good though lol lol

I'd take Camp, good goalkeeper. If we are talking about a goalkeeper than can challenge Kasper for his place, there you have it. On a free.

Neither of them will be happy as a 2nd goal-keeper. I'm happy with Kasper as our number 1. Although competition is good, you have to have the right keeper to give him that. Lee Camp would want to be a regular starter and he wouldn't get that here.

Blackburn ask for permission to speak to Appleton at Blackpool, seriously what the hell is going on with chairmans in this league! Crazy stuff!

We turned them down from talking to Gus it seems.

Compensation being a big factor.

What the hell has Michael Appleton ever done to warrant Blackburn approaching him?!

Robert Green's the current hot favourite to replace old moody chops.

Billy Davis hasn't got a job because of the fact he is, as you stated, a ****.

What are your thoughts as him as a manager though? He seems to have a pretty good record of getting teams in the playoffs. Preston twice? Derby and you boys twice.

But a very good manager at this level. And someone who isn't just a 'yes' man. I like Billy and as I've stated before, I'm suprised he hasn't got a job in our division. He has a good record of turning teams around, as pointed out above; Preston, Derby and more recently Nottingham Forest.

As a football manager he seems to do good things. That said, every away game we played those years we set up to draw them all. Even against the shite of the division, and a few more wins instead of draws and we wouldn't have had to worry about the play offs.

He did however constantly berate the owners in the press, concerning himself with brand billy and how he's one of us fans and the only thing stopping him putting together the greatest team ever was the owner's lack of financial backing.

Personally, I wouldn't trust him to do my weekly shop, so Doughty's faith was plenty.

It's worth noting, to turn us around he spent the best part of 10m.

Embarrassing, thank god our owners aren't like this.

Something big is happening at Forest. Supposed to be announced on Saturday at home to Peterborough. The only thing I can think of is a new Stadium.
