THE MAGICIAN Posted 17 September 2012 Posted 17 September 2012 oscars 0 glenfield town 3 poor poor poor today. i was awoken at 9 am with a phone call today to play as they were struggling cancelled plans and didn't even get on. new team required need to transfer if it's an alliance league club, can play wing, center mid or my main postion is up front, work hard all over the pitch what ever postion i'm in!! Come home Ty, nuff said !!!

Father Ted Posted 17 September 2012 Posted 17 September 2012 Mivan 2-1 Royal Oak Had to completely change our formation and squad around today, but still a solid performance all round! Weve started off the season pretty well to be honest, sitting joint top with White Eagles with the exact same goal difference, scored and conceded etc. We are definitely a second half team at the minute, slow out the blocks, but hopefully that will change soon and we start performing well for the whole 90. Hopefully we can keep this form going, in what looks like will be a very tight decision. We drew away at Aylestone yesterday... a tough place to go with a massive hill and a strong wind in the downhill direction too! A point earned rather than 2 points dropped so on to next week! Will certainly be a tight division. I'm surprised at Royal Oak's form tbh, we played them twice last season and they were extremely solid, was expecting them to walk the division. Anybody know when the County Cup draw is?

Probably good enough to be in the Charnwood prem but can't due to their first team being there. Always finish in the top 3, majority of the time they win their league.

Not a good team really have 2 decent ish Midfielder's one will just shoot from anywhere he is a big ish lad you will know the one I mean if he plays think his name is Craig has a hell of a shot on him keep him quite and you will be fine. Very slow at the back and all in all if they start losing they will try and kick you off the park. They had one sent off against us for basically just kicking one of our lads for no reason at all. They have played 3 lost 3 in our league this season.
Tomassi Posted 1 October 2012 Posted 1 October 2012 Just finished off the current Sunday League season here in OZ. We finished mid-table after a 2-1 defeat to the leagues runners-up. They won after 2 penalties, both from the diving striker, the 2nd penalty resulted in our keeper being sent off so had 10 men for 70 minutes but managed to pull one back. Just couldnt get that equaliser. Good to see my old team LDA Spartans doing really well this season, really hope it continues good luck to you boys.
