chili_con_carne Posted 14 August 2012 Posted 14 August 2012 Can stringer please stop interviewing him after games! I love him and he's a great player but comeon....
AKCJ Posted 14 August 2012 Posted 14 August 2012 I saw his outside the ground at the Sunderland game. He has the charisma of a wooden door.

Craig Posted 14 August 2012 Posted 14 August 2012 Don't see what's wrong with that interview, it's good.
Itsthejoeker Posted 14 August 2012 Posted 14 August 2012 New drinking game... Every time Marshall say "ya know" Take a shot.
Kitchandro Posted 14 August 2012 Posted 14 August 2012 Him and Andy King love a "y'know". Kingy also loves 'yeh definitely'
ScouseFox Posted 14 August 2012 Posted 14 August 2012 Him and Andy King love a "y'know". If you read that without watching the video it means something very different.
Ashley Posted 14 August 2012 Posted 14 August 2012 Drinking game. Every time Gerrard or Carragher say Ermmm....
James_lcfc Posted 14 August 2012 Posted 14 August 2012 I love him but that was difficult to watch. Absolute cringe.
dmayne7 Posted 14 August 2012 Posted 14 August 2012 In fairness, for a footballer he comes across alright, he was smiling but like chilli_con_carne said he is just really shy. Also, King is far more articulate then some others. I mean, Morgan and Wellens - oh dear!
Green-Fox Posted 14 August 2012 Posted 14 August 2012 if he keeps scoring goals like he does I don't care what he says in his interviews!!
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 14 August 2012 Posted 14 August 2012 Couldn't give a toss is he starts talking about how he likes to sniff his mum's knickers as long as his playing well and scoring goals.
Deucalion Posted 14 August 2012 Posted 14 August 2012 I've had a TV camera stuck in my face twice in my life and it isn't easy to come across as smooth. My TV personality came across as sarcastic and I spoke with a strange drawl. (Maybe this is how I always come across? This might be why no one likes me ) For the record, the first time was in the New Road Inn and I was asked what the score would be and who the new manager would be. I fluked it and got both things right, we beat Arsenal 2-1 and Mark McGhee was the new manager. The next time I was eating in an Indian restaurant and I was asked by a camera crew whether I was worried that it was unhealthy. My sarcastic and drawly (drooly) response was on Central News and then repeated over and over on Indian Eye early in the morning. So the poor lad did allright!
topharry123 Posted 15 August 2012 Posted 15 August 2012 Don't see what's wrong with that interview, it's good. Quality made me laugh
foxfanazer Posted 15 August 2012 Posted 15 August 2012 Don't see what's wrong with that interview, it's good. beat me to it
foxfanazer Posted 15 August 2012 Posted 15 August 2012 Kingy also loves 'yeh definitely' Just needs to add in a few Beckham-esqe "at the end of the day"
Woollett's Wellies Posted 15 August 2012 Posted 15 August 2012 He does his talking on the pitch and that'll do for me.
Fox Ulike Posted 15 August 2012 Posted 15 August 2012 Jeez give the guy a break! What do you want him to say to stupid questions like “There’s a lot of ex Man Utd players in the team aren’t there?†“Yes, Ian. Yes there are a lot of them.†Stringer is about as much use as a pair of tits on a dog.
Corky Posted 15 August 2012 Posted 15 August 2012 If you read that without watching the video it means something very different.

Agreed talks soo much bollocks Stringer, also asked after a 4-0 victory if he thinks Marshall should be playing behind the front two as alan Young says he should. Just won and scored a goal! honestly hope we get in the premier league so I dont have to listen to those two talk absolute shite for an entire season again
Collymore Posted 15 August 2012 Posted 15 August 2012 In fairness, for a footballer he comes across alright, he was smiling but like chilli_con_carne said he is just really shy. Also, King is far more articulate then some others. I mean, Morgan and Wellens - oh dear! Morgan's got about a 10 word vocabulary but Wellens normally doesn't shut up! I've always thought he's excellent at interviews.
